I am a satisfied customer of Open Spaces and this team has just executed a tub replacement project in my master bath. I needed a bigger tub that offers a better soaking experience. It was a complicated project and they first guided me on the tub selection. These projects disturb the plumbing lines and permits are mandatory to obtain from the City Council. They handled the bureaucracy on my behalf and quickly obtained the permission necessary for the job. They first removed the older tub and then installed the new one in its place. The work was done flawlessly and I am happy. I will need more home improvement work in the future and will be using only their services.

Open Spaces is the company I relied on to construct my second story and these chaps seem to have done some fabulous work. A second story is the best way to expand the living area because there is no compromise on the backyard space. This is the reason I choose to build up but needed professional help with the execution. I came across this company on social media and was following their reviews. I decided to call them over for a chat and their project manager impressed me with his extensive knowledge of construction work. My sixth sense told me that this was the team that would be able to execute the project professionally. I signed the contract and this was perhaps one of my best decisions. They obtained the necessary permits and executed the project as per my specifications. They have done good work and I will be saying good things regarding this company to everyone.

My bathroom remodel was officially finished last week and it looks great. I'm very pleased with the job & overall service Open Spaces San Diego provided. It was a very good choice. The project was finished on time, the crew was professional, passed each inspection and there were no delays or issues. Michael kept in touch over the phone & in person during regular visits. He kept things moving along in a timely manner. The entire Open Spaces San Diego crew were also helpful in choosing the right fixtures & finish material as well as had a good suggestion in changing the layout to use the space more efficient. We are planning to remodel our Kitchen as well in a few months but this time we will go directly to Open Spaces San Diego instead of the long process of searching for a good contractor.

Open Spaces San Diego did an amazing job for us. We hired them for a complete new build on a lot where we had demolished the old house. It was the biggest project I have ever entered into and the team at Open Spaces San Diego were so experienced and helpful that they kept me at ease through the whole process. They (Michael and the team) built the home that my family and I had always dreamed of (5200 sq. ft. plus a 2000 sq. ft. garage) and enhanced our dream by applying their experience and stylistic expertise to make sure we were happy with every detail. With an acre to work upon, they helped us at design phase to best utilize our space, and they kept construction on pace, making sure that every day was productive. From first pour of foundation to move-in, the whole thing was completed within schedule, and that was a few months faster than other houses typically require in our area (Michael is a task-master and keeps everyone on schedule while ensuring top quality at every turn). Inside, they helped us through the myriad of design choices to ensure a consistent, stylish, and warm home that everyone feels comfortable in. It's amazing how many people tell us how they feel at home when they come here… a testament to the quality of construction and the warmth that the Open Spaces San Diego team infused into our dream home. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Open Spaces San Diego for our interior home remodel. The design process leading up to the build was a refreshing experience. Michael and his team met with us on multiple occasions and honestly worked with us to design a home that made sense for our aesthetics and ultimately honored its past. The actual remodeling consisted of renovation our home's living spaces, reconstructing the drywalls and replacing interior fixtures; doors, window sills, decorative trim installation; refacing the existing service staircase; changing a flat roof line to a gable; installing cabinets, vanities, fireplace mantles; installing hardwood surface flooring and so much more. We became very close with remodeling team who did all the construction work. I can wholeheartedly say that these guys are good people too. They care, and they get things right. I'll be honest Open Spaces San Diego is more professional than others. Our home is a significant piece of our lives, and I'm glad we were able to work with a company who took pride in the work they do. We could not be happier with the professionalism of the Open Spaces San Diego team and the quality of their design and workmanship, not to mention their very genuine and personal touch. The kitchen design that Michael suggested was incredible and creative. When it came to choosing materials and surfaces, He had superb judgement, clear opinions and was quite open in sharing them. You absolutely need someone with the experience and the fortitude to tell you stuff like this, and we found it wonderfully refreshing not to be pandered to. The installation crew were exemplary. The standard of their work was faultless and they coordinated seamlessly with the main builders working in the rest of the house renovation. Naturally we would be entirely happy to provide a detailed reference and to recount our experience to anyone who is considering the installation of a quality kitchen. Following a very thorough review we selected this company. A team of the very best professionals, and designed the new layout, exactly what I was looking for. They demonstrated in every phase the reason why we made our decision to use them for our kitchen remodel. From the approval of the final plans, through each phase of the weekly schedule they performed at the highest level. The communication with their team was extraordinary. If we needed to make a change it was done seamlessly without any disruption to our scheduled completion date, Michael was easy to get in touch with and arranged updates with me at least weekly.
