We love all things design, build and interior design. Thats why we have spent the last fourteen years getting our hands dirty in our own projects. There is nothing more exciting or fulfilling than to come to the end of a project and see a home ready for its next chapter. We believe the home is the centre of everything, the place where you go to retreat or to gather, celebrate or rest. It should be the place where you feel most you, and your space should reflect that. Coming through the front door should feel like a hug at the end of a long work day. Generally very positive. The small problems we had were generally not down to Linda at all, and she project managed us through these very well, and was always responsive. My only slight issues of the job overall were all post pandemic related and probably not so relevant now. One contractor who was a bit unreliable/uncommunicative and gave us all a headache. Price obtaining materials/appliances so that we had a decent overspend. Some of the original estimates we had were too low, and contractors were just unable to deliver on price, even when we changed designs. As I said, I think that was contractors raising their prices opportunistically. In general, you’d be mad to attempt a significant remodel with out a decent designer/project manager, and we are very happy with Linda’s services

From start to finish Linda and Claire were amazing. They helped shape the design, the colours and the finish. They expertly managed the contractors to guarantee quality and replacements when they were let down. Communication was regular and detailed. I can 100% recommend!

Working with Linda from No471 was a dream! Not only is she a perfectionist with an eye for detail: she listened to what I needed and understood immediately how to achieve the best possible outcome. I had a spacious “summer room” at the back of my property that was no longer fit for purpose and I needed it transformed into a comfortable Beauty Treatment Room.
