Having retired, we set out to find a builder that could seamlessly design and build our perfect dream home. The challenge was that we had a long list of “wants” that had to be condensed into a 1800 sq. ft. foot print on a small lake lot which was highly restricted by extensive shore land zoning ordinances. Our goal was small but impressive one level living. Our want list included: roof lines with numerous peaks and gables, zero maintenance exterior, beamed ceilings, pillars, crown moldings, extensive use of wood and stone, lake views through large windows from all rooms (including a interior office), TV above stone fireplace, see-through stone fireplace between bedroom and bath, windowed bump out dining booth, decks off master bedroom and screened porch, two door access to every room and pocket doors to save space, geothermal and radiant tile floor heat and the incorporation of nostalgic remnants from the former lake cabin. Tony not only incorporated our “want list”, but he enhanced everything with his design expertise and added many of his trademark design features. What impressed me was the seamless nature of the design/build process. It is one thing to design a feature, but it’s another to foresee the ability to build and cost. This was quite beneficial in balancing wants with budget and it paid off in meeting final product expectations. You will not find a better professional or nicer individual go through this process with.

Tony designed and supervised all aspects of the renovation of my older rambler home. I couldn't have been happier. With a project of this type , one never knows what you will find when the old is removed. Tony was able to roll with what we discovered, give me options and explain in laymans terms what was occuring throughout the project. There was constant feedback with respect to where we were at with respect to the budget so there was never a suprise

Several years ago, my husband and I stumbled into a Mark Anthony designed home by accident and were extremely impressed. So impressed, that it wasn't long and we decided to build our own Mark Anthony designed home! After getting to know us personally, the Mark Anthony Design Group helped us design a home that is unique to us and absolutely 'one of a kind'. One of my favorite things about our home is watching people's reaction when they come in the front door - still, 10 years later!!! Since then, we've toured several Mark Anthony designed homes. Each one is stunning and unique from the others. Mark Anthonly has an endless amount of creativity that is obviously inspired by the people that they design for. In addition, their attention to detail, and use of small spaces is second to none.

Designed and oversaw the construction of our 1930s adirondack style lake home in Northern Wisconsin, Complicated project with lots of architectural details. Excellent job. Great to work with.

We had the Mark Anthony group do the design work as well as the build of our lake home. I felt that Tony's extensive background in different areas of the industry was extremely helpful in the work he did for us. He has a wealth of knowledge and great ideas on every phase of the project. The overwhelming attention to details is probably the main thing that attracted me to these guys to start with. And after working with them on this project we were not disappointed.
