We are very happy to have hired Levi Design to design and have ready to issue permits to select our Contractor. In my opinion it is extremely helpful to have approved plans from the city, floor plan and 3D renderings when bidding the project to contractors. There will be no surprises and bids will be accurate based on City approved plans. Levi Design measured our Garage and property to start the design process. We were provided 3 possible floor plans with 3D renderings. We chose our favorite one to proceed. They are talented in designing the garage to not only maximize the space but also design with a functional layout for best use of space. Once designs are approved architectural plans are created. The process moves forward with engineering and TItle 24 energy reports and plot plans. We were extremely pleased to deal with Samantha who moves the project along with the city addressing corrections and moving the plans through the city process. Samantha is extremely professional and responsive to all your communications and has vast experience with ADU plans to be permitted. After the initial design process you will be dealing primarily with Samantha and she is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and kind.

Working with Avi during the construction phase of a residential remodel and addition project in Calabasas was a pleasure. Avi's extensive knowledge and experience in the building industry is very valuable. My wife and I had been living in NYC for the past 30 years, and we knew that when retirement happened we were moving to Los Angeles, to be closer to our grandkids. We had stipulated a renovation budget of a little over $300K to make sure we could personalize our home for us and our grandkids and make it our perfect retirement paradise. We kind of went about the process backward, instead of first purchasing the home and then finding our contractor, on our first trip to LA we sought out a reliable contractor that could not only asses us on the project, but that could also assess us on the purchase, since we wanted to make sure the foundation and main structures were reliable and durable. Obviously not too many contractors were up for it and asked us to contact them when we had already purchased the house. When we met Avi and his wife and head designer Eti, from Levi Construction, my wife and I were amazed at their care to help us. Their experience purchasing homes and completely remodeling them also helped, but overall, their professionalism and knowledgeability of the market was amazing. We ended up purchasing a beautiful home in West Hills. It had all the essential requirements we were hoping for. It is a private home, seemingly hidden in the hills yet incredibly spacious. The home was over 40 years old, so it definitely needed a revamp, but that is where Eti and my wife went all out. Their design was amazing, is almost as if Eti and my wife were best friends. Her ability to comprehend our vision and our living needs as retirees was exemplary. Our main requirements for Levi were: exploit the beautiful view our home has to bring in lots of natural light, have an open floor layout to beat the smaller spaces we were used to in Manhattan, and create an awesome playing room for our grandkids. Their planning was so detailed and cost-effective, that with our budget we completely remodeled the kitchen, living room and former dining room, created a game room by the pool, remodeled our main bathroom and even put in an outdoor kitchen for our family cookouts. The construction work took almost 5 months, but it was completely worth it. Throughout the whole process, everyone in the Levi team was impressively attentive, clean in the work and honest with any surprises that may come along. We had to knock down two different walls to create the open floor layout and extended the kitchen adding a huge island perfect to have breakfast and big family gatherings making it a beautiful modern kitchen. The game room is a kids dream! Our 7 grandchildren all love to have sleepovers. Overall, I highly recommend Levi Construction. The quality of their work speaks for itself and but most importantly their attention and care to always make the process simple and clear to us was worth admiring.

My husband and I have had the greatest desire to completely remodel our kitchen for the longest time. Our outdated Los Angeles kitchen was dark and very small, so we knew we were looking for an open layout concept to open up our kitchen space and bring light into it. We began browsing through Houzz for different ideas, and we landed unto Levi’s Houzz profile. Their kitchen ideas were completely aligned with our goals for our kitchen remodel. We immediately called Levi Construction for a ballpark estimate. Their attention was so personal, that we invited them over to have a more precise quote. From the moment they stepped into our house, both Avi and his wife Eti, radiated professionalism and confidence, traits that we really admire. All of their suggestions were spot on and gave us a whole different vision of the possibilities for our kitchen. Eti’s design was marvelous, it was modern and clean, and the best part was that she worked with me to design a functional yet very appealing kitchen concept. When the work began, everyone on their team was extremely careful to clean up and always had a very friendly and positive attitude. Needless to say, the whole project was on time and on budget. Leaving us extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. It is our favorite space in our home.

My husband and I had been pondering the option of renting out some of our rooms on AirBnb after our kids went off to college. We were hesitant, however, about the idea of hosting strangers inside of our house. We began browsing around different contractors with the necessary experience to undertake the job, but when we found Levi Construction, we had no more shopping to do. I connected immediately with Eti, who was able to magically put my ideas into paper and created a design that exceeded our expectations. Avi, was extremely professional throughout the whole process and obtained all the necessary permits within the blink of an eye. We had to create a small kitchen and a full bathroom, so all of our water and electric lines had to be modified to meet our new project. Avi’s quote was spot one, and with the contingency budget he suggested, we did not have to incur in any extra costs. Everyone on their team was extremely friendly and were very careful to not damage my precious garden with the construction. They kept the whole area very clean, and if Avi or Eti weren’t around, everyone was able to provide answers to my queries. The project took about three months, and now, we are able to rent out that space and earn some extra income. When we don’t have guests in our newly converted garage, my husband loves to spend sometime in there reading. They were able to make that space a lovely extension of our home. We are looking forward to remodeling our home with them. We definitely recommend them for any garage conversion or home remodeling job.

I have been in the home resell business for over a decade, and never has this business been more pleasing that when I started working with Avi and Eti from Levi Construction. I have always had problems with contractors, and as an investor, these types of problems mean less revenue for me; and I am no fan of less earnings. But when I first met Avi, almost 4 years ago, he was upfront from our first encounter, and emphasized greatly on the importance of a contingency budget and proper planning to reduce any unexpected costs. His upfrontness with the estimates and what could alter the initial cost allows for more efficient budget allocation and directly to a better ROI. Another amazing aspect of working with this company, is that their internal communication is spot on. Eti, their designer, was completely up to date with our budget, and her ideas alone made my properties really authentic, which makes them easier to sell. Apart from that, everyone on the team is fully identified with their work philosophy and are not only extremely professional, but also very kind and always attentive to the smallest details. Let’s take my latest home re-build for example. This Hillside project was very ambitious, since we were working on a hillside lot with a 30 year old home. The original home seemed attractive from the outside, however, walking inside was almost like walking into a dark cave. Windows were not properly distributed and light was almost non existent. Here is where there magic came in. We had to bring 70% of the house down and pretty much created a whole new layout. We solidified the existing foundation, but decided to create a spectacular deck with Fleetwood sliding doors and a very high ceiling. Automatically, the intricate and dark original design was transformed into a gorgeous open living space that naturally merged into the deck and the beautiful hillside scenery. We added a huge master bedroom and two other bedrooms in the second story, while the first floor was beautifully set up as an entertainer’s paradise. The kitchen was designed to host great gatherings and it naturally fit along with a great room with high ceilings that embraced the dining and living area with a spectacular view to the deck. The project was very ambitious and it took close to 9 months to complete. The result however, was well worth it. It was hard not to want to move to that house instead of selling it, but by now it is no surprise, this is the third project we have worked together, and they keep on exceeding my expectations. For anyone looking to do a major remodel or re-build, Levi Construction is definitely your team.

Before we began our search for a reliable contractor, we asked around some of our friends who had done home remodeling projects for their houses which were the most important factors to consider before hiring a design build firm. We compared their answers to some of the reviews we saw on Houzz, and determined that for us we were looking for: first, is the contractor trustworthy, second, is their work quality, and third, can they manage to stick to a budget. Once we began shopping around for our ideal contractor, we met Avi, from Levi Construction. The first impression he gave me was that their attention was very personalized. This gave us a lot of confidence in them. They never dodged any questions and were upfront with our expectations. The design ideas that Eti, their designer provided was spot on. It was incredibly appealing and functional, making the whole design very unique. This demonstrated that their work was of very high quality. With regards to budget, we had nothing to worry about, since their whole design plan was done authentically to meet our budget. Whether it was workforce or materials, everything was selected with our budget in mind. By the end of our project, we realized we made the right decision, since they never exceeded it. These three standards proved very important for our project since we were remodeling close to 90% of our home and we were adding 50% of our square footage with a guest room addition and playroom for our grandchildren, apart from that, we also re-plastered our pool added a drainage system in our backyard. Due to the scope of the project, we had to move out to an apartment and acquired a 6 month lease. Avi assured that we would be back home before our lease was over, and he was true to his word. We were home a week before our lease expired. Since we have been in our newly remodeled home, we have enjoyed every aspect that was remodeled. The quality is undeniable, one of my favorites was the custom cabinet work, it was very creative and maximized all of our existing space. After several years away from California, my husband and I were ready to come back. We purchased a small house in west Los Angeles and wanted all of our remodeling to be done by the time we moved back. We wanted to modernize the kitchen and living room of the house and add 750 sq. feet to host another living room and our master bedroom and bath. We decided to trust our project to Avi and his team at Levi Construction. They were able to do an amazing job in transforming this outdated house into our dream home! From the beginning they were straightforward and very respectfully guided us through a long process which want simple at all. Avi’s knowledge assured us that our home was in the right hands. Everyone on their team was very responsive to our concerns and suggestions, and were very open to modifications, if they meant a more successful process and a more delightful final result. Their crew exceeded our expectations by accommodating to our needs, and every time we checked on the project found that they were very neat and organized. After the job was finished, Avi continued to check on the house to make sure we were pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Avi, Eti and their team for any remodeling or additions you may want to do to your home. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional; and the quality of their work is their greatest asset.

The team at Levi Construction are the real deal! Avi and his designer Eti are extremely professional, creative and knowledgeable. We have finished two major projects with their team and both went really smooth. Both projects required their presence in our home, and in both, they made us feel extremely comfortable. The first project included gutting and completely opening up the space of our kitchen, living room and dining room. It was as if she knew exactly what we wanted. Eti’s perspective gave our whole house a very modern and spacious feel, which was exactly what we wanted. In our second project, we built out a former garage into a master suite. In this project, Eti was very spot on again. She designed our dream master bedroom! Avi was very effective communicating to us the timeframes and progress keeping both projects on time and on budget. Everyone on their team was very respectful and very diligent in cleaning after themselves. Our overall experience with Avi has been formidable. We are very pleased with our home, it’s been over a year since they concluded the work and everything is just as new. It was worth every penny trusting them. Highly recommended!

Avi and Eti have done an amazing job as our designer and contractor. We highly recommend them as your team and there aren’t enough compliments I could say about how satisfied I am with the job they did for us. We knew we were in the right hands when they brought in their architect before we even started the project to evaluate wall support. That was a nice gesture and reflected their honesty. They didn’t want to agree to begin the project before knowing if the project was doable. We had a very extensive remodel in which the team at Levi removed the walls between the living room, kitchen and dining room, creating a very large open space. They always recommended the best alternatives and maintained the whole project within a very competitive and reasonable price. And to our great surprise they finished on time and on budget, something that we had not experienced before with other contractors. Everyone on the team was always up to date in the project’s needs and process. Their service was always spot on and most importantly they did a well job. When we went to the store for the appliances that were to fit in the new custom cabinets, the team from the store said they could tell who ever did those cabinets did an amazing job since that was, as he said, “the easiest measuring job he had done, since all plugs and valves were I the correct spots.” This was another great gesture from Avi, who built in the cabinets already knowing the appliances we wanted to buy. As you can tell, we have no complains and highly recommend Avi and his team at Levi Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

When we purchased our home recently, we knew we wanted to have an addition. I had always dreamt of a big master suite with a walk-in closet. We ended up selecting Levi Construction based on their past projects, Houzz reviews, responsiveness and their detailed itemized proposal. They were not the cheapest, but their results definitely payed off. We are delighted with the way everything turned out. When my wife and I were ready to begin our complete home remodeling project, and it was just that, a complete re-do, we had the privilege to have seen the work that Levi had done for our daughter. The job they had done for her was amazing, so it was easy for us to sign with them. It was a great relief since we wanted to trust someone with a very good reference. Our project was major: we wanted to renovate our kitchen, remodel two bathrooms, add a room, and the list goes on, and we knew such a project needed a very professional and well referred contractor. We just bought our 2nd home in Los Angeles last year, and from the moment we saw we fell in love. However, we knew there was a lot of work to be done before it looked exactly how we dreamt it. We were very hesitant about getting the job done since my husband and I live in Las Vegas, and we were not at all confident in trusting such an important project to a team with which we wouldn’t have constant contact. We began searching for contractors, and interviewed with 5 different companies. Avi and the team of Levi Construction were the last we met, and we signed him due to his professionalism and attentiveness to all our ideas. He was able to clearly understand what we wanted and gave us a very fair price to do it. Now that the project is finished, I am glad we didn’t go with another company. I couldn’t imagine any other team with the responsibility to work in our home without our presence. I have worked with different contractors in LA, and none have been as attentive in customer relation as Levi was. It was a relief for us to meet the team at Levi Construction. Their work was exemplary and they always reflected great knowledge in their field. Avi and Eti worked as a great team from the first step to the last regarding our new bedroom and bathroom addition. The job was perfectly executed and everyone in the team was extremely cordial and very professional. Due to our affinity of remodeling the homes we own and we have lived in, we had the “pleasure” of working with many different contractors. We have had experiences that range from really good to horrible. But with Levi Construction we had a superb experience. Needless to say, we have found our team! They were always clean, honest, trustworthy and on schedule! The result was like everything they did, amazing. It took us years to commit to our home room addition, and it surprised us that Avi was there to guide us along the whole process. We are sure he wanted us to start ASAP, however he understood that this was a major investment for us and was always available to discuss our options and the whole process. Once we decided, the process was very smooth. We were never left uncommunicated and each member of the Levi team was very careful to respect our spaces and best of all, were very effective in completing the job. I recently retired as a teacher and have been meaning to do a complete remodel of our home. My husband and I were looking for someone who understood that these changes were all considering my grandchildren and our family reunions. Since this was very important for us, I did my “homework,” we weren’t going to let anyone modify our lifelong home without the proper research. We were seeking to add a second story to our home and 2 decks. We expected this work to be around 6 months, and our primary goal was for it to be finished by summer time so that our family could come and enjoy our “new” home. Easier said than done, right? Well with Avi and the team at Levi Construction, everything was done on time and on budget. The work resulted beautiful, but my greatest joy was to see Avi and his whole team treat us amiably and were never intrusive. During part of the project we were cohousing with my daughter, son-in-law, baby granddaughter and two dogs. Everyone on the team was very respectful and as hard as it may seem, it was as if they were part of the family. Avi was incredibly warm and attentive to all our needs. The foreman brought treats for our dogs and the carpenters saved special wood pieces for my daughter’s block construction. They went over and beyond to please us and never disregarded their job. Now that the project has been completed, we still keep in touch with Avi, he comes every now and then to check that everything is still running smoothly. I highly recommend him as a great contractor, but most importantly as a great guy!

It is a very refreshing to know that you can count on the team you have hired, especially when it is for a big project like a home remodel. We have trusted Levi Construction in two different occasions and in both we have been completely satisfied. Our first job with them required Avi and his team to gut and remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms in our 1960’s home in Los Angeles. The team at Levi had to move walls, re-run plumbing, install tile, paint, electrical modifications, and the list goes on. But what really impressed us was how they replicated old, fancy wood in one of our rooms where two separate doors were combined into a single wide opening. Our other project with Levi Construction was at our new cottage style home at Woodland Hills where Avi and Eti helped us doing a 2-story addition and some internal remodeling. Every aspect of the project has been of the highest quality, every member and sub-contractor was highly effective and understanding of our particular needs, this resulted in a project that ended up just like we wanted. Overall, Avi is great to work with. He is always the first to take direct responsibility of everything that needs to be done and any issues that may come up. His price has been very competitive for both projects and we wouldn’t consider going somewhere else for our future projects.

Over the past five years, Levi Construction have been our go-to guys for three different jobs. These jobs have been: a kitchen remodel, siding replacement for our home and a magnificent two-story addition. In all three of them, Levi was both on time and on budget. What surprised us was their capability to handle our last project. That two-story addition added 900 square feet to our home and it lasted 6 months. With this type of project, unexpected issues are unavoidable, and when they occurred, Avi worked with me diligently to solve each one of them fairly. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. It’s been over two months since we finished our home’s remodel and additions, and we couldn’t be any happier. This was long process, as it couldn’t be any other way when we’re expanding our kitchen and remodeling all our bathrooms, but it was well worth it. Our kitchen exceeded all of our expectations! Avi vas very helpful and extremely patient when explaining everything that had to be done and the different options we could consider. Everyone on the team was exceptional, their builder, Ofer, had exceptional qualities and his work was always of the greatest quality. Another aspect that pleased us was that both Avi’s bid and any additional quotes, were always spot on, we didn’t have to pay anything extra. I recommend Levi Construction for anyone seeking a job very well done.

Levi Construction definitely delivered above our expectations with the new room addition and remodeling project to our new house in Woodland Hills. They perfectly added a master suite with a walk-in closet and remodeled the guest bath. Levi lived up to all the previous work we saw of them on Houzz, they were dedicated to answering all our questions in detail and were always honest about the pricing during the bidding process. Overall, we got more than what invested due to their quality and capacity to finish everything within the projected timeframes. You know you have found the right contractor when they are willing to help you even without a contract yet signed. Avi, helped our family during the buying process to ensure we could find a home that we could upgrade according to our dreams. As soon as we bought the place, Eti, their designer assisted us creating a 3D layout with a comprehensive floorplan displaying exactly what we wanted, but better. Their architect and engineer drew up the necessary blue prints for the master suite addition and to remove a load bearing wall that divided the kitchen from the dining space and the living room, this resulted in an amazing open space. The best aspect was that Avi and the project superintendent, Ofer, worked getting all the necessary city permits and making sure all inspections were passed satisfactorily. Levi Construction’s professionalism was present through every stage of the project. They are highly trustworthy, to the point that on most days we were not even present to supervise the labors, and our neighbors always attested that they were on time and that their work never disturbed them. Apart from their honesty, the results were optimal and according to the standards that we set. Some of the tasks included: installing a 20 ft beam to support the low bearing wall that opened the floor plan, redesigning the guest bathroom layout to make it more appealing and functional, and my favorite, adding a master suite with a walk-in closet. They always cleaned up at the end of the day making the process much friendlier for our whole family. Eti and Avi work as a perfect team. Eti helped us picking even the most “insignificant” details for all the finishes to make sure the overall design was as we desired. She was extremely helpful by always assisting us and making herself available to answer our doubts and provide amazing ideas that we never considered. Apart from that, Avi made sure that everything ran smoothly and met the timelines set by the team. Their taste was always spot on, and their professionalism made the whole project a pleasure for our family. The stipulated time of completion was 4 months, and they were on time. Our only set back was city permits, which delayed the completion by only two weeks. However, throughout the whole process Avi was very helpful giving us guidance in every aspect of the project. They were very smooth while making corrections to any minor issue. Our experience with Levi was better than we expected and our whole family is very pleased with their work ethic and their cleanliness. We loved working with them and highly recommend them.

I started looking for my first home a few years ago. Many friends had told me that I could make a good investment if I bought a fixer-upper and slowly started fixing it, but I didn’t really know if it was a good idea. A good friend introduced me to Avi, I booked an appointment and they told me they could walk me through the process, from finding the right house to buy, to the ways I could fix it and eventually sell it. After listening to them I decided to work with them on the interior design and overall remodeling, since they were also a real estate developer I was offered a 360 degree look at each unique design, construction option and real estate situation. I really didn’t even know there were companies that could do all this things for you, but considering my lack of experience and time, this was the best option for me. Avi and their team worked amazing from the start. Once we gave the OK on the design of the home, Avi gave me a bid to do the remodeling work. I even offered the bid around other contractors. Avi wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive, they were around the middle. But their price seemed fair, and I was happy with their attention and designs so far, so I awarded them the job. After four months of construction the house was finally done! We built a second story addition for our master suite, took down walls to make it more open, remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen space, installed hardwood floors fixed the roof, worked the windows and doors. Everything was done within the agreed time frame Avi had estimated, and on budget. After hearing so many horror stories about how working with contractors can quickly become a nightmare I was gladly surprised everything went so smoothly. We finished our project with Levi Construction over two years ago, and to see the remodeling project maintain its quality has our family very thankful and pleased with the work that Avi and Eti have done for us. After this main project was finished, we kept on working with Avi with different projects to increase our home’s value and to remodel different houses that I later sold to make a nice profit. My experience with Levi’s team has been so satisfactory that I have referred them with different friends, and they are all as pleased as I am. With her unique creativity, Eti was able to put her talent to work by rethinking our home in a way that matched perfectly to our taste and lifestyle. Last year we were searching for the right contractor to do a two-story addition to our home. We had family members moving in and really needed to expand. We came across Avi and Eti of Levi Construction through our neighbors who had remodeled their home with them about two years ago. Since they were highly recommended, we met with them to discuss our project. What gave us the most sense of security was when Avi gave us several references to call and invited us to visit their ongoing projects. We got to hear wonderful stories from their clients and got to know Levi Construction much better. Their price was not too far off from the other bids we got and we decided to go with them. Their designer Eti was a charm. She brought a lot of ideas that we loved and created beautiful designs for us. Everything was clearly thought of and there were a lot of details taken into consideration. Fast forward six months later and our project was finally finished. Their crews worked very hard and did an excellent job at finishing on time. Everyone was very polite. It was tough some days with all the noise from the construction, but they tried their best to minimize it and made sure to keep the job site clean neat and tidy. It was very important for us that the project was completed two weeks before my family moved in and we were very happy that they finished before the set deadline. It was a joy to work with Ester, Avi and their team. Thank you very much, we love the work you did.

Superb design and seamless execution. We recently completely remodeled our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home. Eti had great concept ideas and developed and executed a design plan for our entire home. In all, the remodel was two bathrooms, kitchen, painting, windows, doors and all new flooring. It was great to see them tear everything down and build exactly what we wanted. Hiring this husband/wife team was a great choice as they were very honest, organized and professional. What was most important to me was staying in budget and they did everything possible to make it happen. Avi, Ester and their team do truly amazing work and we can’t wait to do our next project with them.

Avi and his team remodeled my two-story home about 8 months ago. Their price was very competitive compared to the other estimates I got. They gave me several references so I could speak to their past clients about their experience remodeling with Levi Construction. Everyone I spoke to really seemed to have loved working with them. In addition to giving me references, Avi took me on a tour of their current project and it was nice to meet their crews and see them at work. For our project we had them re-design our entire home to the point that it is almost unrecognizable. The first story floor plan layout was completely changed after relocating rooms and eliminating many walls. The second story got a new master suite and we turned one of the extra bedrooms into a home office. The whole project was completed in a very professional and organized manner. It was finished within the time frames they promised and most importantly on budget. Avi did very good at keeping me updated and at letting us know what to expect as the project came together. I can see myself working with Levi Construction again and referring them to my friends and family.

Last summer we bought a house in Woodland Hills that needed major remodeling. Levi was referred by our neighbors who had done their kitchen with them a few years back. We did a substantial amount of work throughout the house, including an addition to the living room/kitchen area and relocated the kitchen, added a new laundry room, master bedroom and bath. We really loved Eti's design ideas for our project and she was able to understand what we were after. We thought it was going to be a nightmare dealing with contractors, designing and then living in a construction site but we actually had a great experience. Aside from the loud noise and having people in and out of your house, everything was done in a professional matter and we are glad that we chose Levi for our project. I do want to note that since the work was finished they have kept in touch with us and even came to the rescue after my kids spilled paint on our wood floors and I couldn't get it to come off. I am so happy that it turned out better than what we expected and ever imagined.

Hello, I worked with Daniel of Levi construction on remodeling my kitchen last year and I am so happy with all of his beautiful high-quality work. In particular we loved all of the different design options Eti created for us..several times she made our ideas far better than we had envisioned. Overall everything was a success and we got marvelous results. Our friends and family love our kitchen just as much as we do and will be using the Levi for future projects

We purchased a very old house in Sherman Oaks that needed major remodeling. We ended up remodeling the whole house which included a bedroom and bathroom addition, new kitchen (kept old layout which was great), 2 bathrooms, flooring, new doors and windows and interior and exterior paint. Everything was completed one week before the project deadline and I was very happy with Levi's craftsmanship and quality of work. The builder they used, Ofer, did a great job at making sure everything was the way it needed to be. I was surprised about how much he cared about our project. I truly recommend Levi Construction to everyone.

We met Avi, owner of Levi construction at a housewarming party here in Santa Monica out of all places! We were looking to hire a contractor to completely re-do our kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and flooring. We had to take down a couple walls to open up the space, move exterior door and add a bay window, we installed custom kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, fixtures, recessed lighting, appliances and back splash. Both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled and we implemented some of colors and tile from the kitchen. We did tile and engineered wood flooring throughout the house and as the project went along we decided to do new windows as well. This was a major project and after hearing many horror stories and interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Levi Construction. Avi was honest and upfront about everything, we loved their work and they were priced properly. Their designer really helped us define our style and designed our bathrooms and kitchen. The project was a bit over budget due to some changes we made and like with any major project we had a few hiccups that changed some things but Avi and his team took care of everything and where very professional. Even with the changes, the project was finished before the deadline. It was very important stayed within our time frame, as we had family coming from out of town. Will definitely use them for any future projects!!

After hiring Levi Construction for kitchen remodeling project I wanted to make sure I share my experience with others. We purchased a home in Woodland Hills and needed a kitchen remodeling contractor in the area. We interviewed a few contractors but didn't find anyone we liked. Levi Construction did work for our old neighbors in L.A so we gave them a call. Avi met with us three times before we got into a contract. The first time we discussed the project, second time he had his designer Eti meet with my wife and I, third time they presented the design and estimate and we went with them. Having a 3d design really helped us have a vision of what we wanted and we loved Eti's ideas. They literally took the kitchen down to the studs and put in custom cabinets, granite , back splash, electric and plumbing and they installed new flooring throughout the house. Eti not only helped us with the design but also helped us pick out all the finishes. It all took 7 weeks to complete and we were impressed with their team. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive, definitely worth it. - Frank
