Joss Mallett is a proud graduate of the Portland State University School of Architecture, and holds an AAS in Design/Build Remodeling and Construction Management from the only NKBA certified hands-on education program (PCC). With feet firmly planted in both the fields of design and construction, she's tackled projects as small as tap handles and as big as the Tilikum Crossing bridge - but is happiest turning houses into homes. Her philosophy is simple: There’s no place like home, and there’s no home like yours. Joss's well-trained eye for timeless style is matched only by her real world experience, ensuring each detail of your project is planned realistically to be executed beautifully. We very much enjoyed working with Joss. She met all deadlines, and was very pleasant and professional at all times. She was quick to understand our style, objectives, and priorities. All of the options she showed us were consistent with our goals, and it was just a matter of selecting the one that most appealed to us. As it turned out one aspect of our project took us over our budget, but Joss was very flexible in sorting through priorities and alternatives with us.

Joss came into our home, discussed the project and looked over the area to be remodeled. The next time we met she brought along some sample products that were perfect. She had listened to what we liked and noticed our style. She didn't push any ideas but made suggestions and guided our choices which kept us from getting overwhelmed. It was a pleasure to work with Joss!

Neil Kelly Company but in the kitchen cabinets in your condo ten years ago when it was built. We recently purchased the condo and found an issue with one of the drawers and sought out Joss to support us on a fix. We were appreciated of the outstanding support, followup and timely completion of such a small job. Would recommend Joss and Neil Kelly Co. for any kitchen job large or small.
