Founded in 2009, Help Me With This Project allows Cathie to facilitate a close and successful working relationship between her clients and the general contractor, architect and other trade professionals. Instead of making decisions for her clients, she listens, interprets, and insists on complete transparency on their behalf. She acts as the owner's principal agent in the management of the overall design-build project and offers advice, uncolored by conflicting interests and on crucial matters like scope of work, expectations, project scheduling, delays, changes and disputes, as well as construction quality. But best of all, she communicates thoroughly, when and how it’s most convenient for her clients so that they can focus on the important things in life - like work, family and memories.
