Corey, Susse and their team of master craftsmen are an exceptional and talented group to work with. They are creative, work collaboratively on design drawings and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. I would highly recommend this design/build firm...simply the BEST!!!

Corey and Susse built our home in Steamboast Spring and it is amazing. I loved working with both of them. The task of building a house when you live 1100 miles away is very daunting but Corey and Susse made it much easier. Susse was so helpful in the decision making process. The home is such a great combination of quality construction and innovative design. Everyone who visits the house raves about it. Our location is exceptional and Corey and Susse made sure that the house is a perfect compliment to the wonderful mountain views.

Dimension Fine Homes, Inc. came highly recommended by a friend of ours and now we are the ones highly recommending them to others. When starting our project (building our home), we checked out all of the references. We kept hearing the same message over and over that Corey was honest and a fine craftsman. We listened, but had no idea how honest and what a fine craftsman he really was. Those were just words to us then. After all, hearing all of the horror stories you hear from people building their homes, we thought those must be just words. Anyway, we jumped in reluctantly and before you know it, we had adopted Corey as our Steamboat son. He was as his references said, honest and a craftsman. He took so much pride in what he did, It felt as if he was working on his own home and not ours. Now, three years later we feel the same way. Susse was the designer which we didn't think we needed. Well, it didn't take us long before we found out how wrong we were there. We literally, could not have done the house without her. She did all of the research, brought over samples or sent us to the internet to see what were our choices and all we had to do was pick our preference. She would see something wrong and no matter where we were in the process, that wrong was made right. She even went so far as to change a wall or two. Things always came out for the better. When all was said and done, she took away all of our stress, spent hours researching and shopping and the house was perfect. When Corey and Susse are an amazing team. We have so much confidence and trust in them, we would be comfortable enough to have them build for us again and not even have to be around this time. Bet there aren't too many clients that can come close to saying that about their builder. When people tell us how much they love what we did while building, we tell them that none of it was us. The house looks the way it did because Corey and Susse did it together.

After viewing some of the fabulous homes that they had worked on, we decided to hire Dimension Fine Builders. They exceeded our expectations in helping to design and build our dream retirement home in Steamboat Colorado. Susse Budde's contemporary design ideas and Corey Larsen's technical skills blended smoothly to bring our contemporary mountain home to fruition in a timely manner. They were easy to work with and attentive to our concerns regarding design and budget. We come from New England and love primitive antiques and wanted to incorporate reclaimed barnwood and hand hewn beams into our home while maintaining an open and contemporary feel. Susse and Corey enthusiastically encouraged the use of these materials wherever it made sense. Susse's emphasis on fabulous light fixtures, including hand blown glass chandeliers and pendant lighting in the bathrooms and bedrooms, really gave our home that "pow" we were looking for!

Corey and Susse as well as the entire team have been outstanding from start to finish. We completed a major extension and a major remodel of our home. We also live next to one of the beautiful cover magazine homes that they built and watched the entire process from the sidelines...very impressive. I'm convinced that Corey can build anything and Susse will ensure the design and flow are to perfection.
