The mantra at DBB is, "There's always a better way." We strive to find the best solutions through creativity, analysis, and iteration. We're aiming towards making Design|Build Boston an employee-owned company within 5 years and seek out companies that have similar business models. We believe in putting our employees first because when we take care of our people they take care of our clients. At DBB, Arick leads a team of like-minded, highly motivated individuals. Ever since he picked up a hammer he's wanted to build a company where everyone enjoys working. After leaving the military and searching for a job that was fulfilling he landed in finish carpentry and hasn't turned back. He envisioned designing and building contemporary homes in the mountains, but after 6 years at the Boston Architectural College, where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree, his eyes opened up and ambitions have grown.
