Custom Homes NM is a New Mexico based company which is occupied with custom home design, and construction. Tim Puzak (pictured center) the companyﾒs owner began building in 1980 while studying engineering at UNM. He began with small projects to pay for college. He then began building projects in the Albuquerque area. Elias (pictured left) worked in the company from a very young age. Elias joined the company full time in 2005.The company then began building state wide. Construction runs in the family and Timﾒs grandfather (Mitchell Puzak) built his first home in Albuquerque in1949. The goals first set, of buildinghomes to well above average standards, and at a fair price, are still the foremost concern of the company. Designing homes to fit the lifestyles of their customers is the foremost concern of the company. Building homes with a minimal impact on the environment has become another major concern of the company. Tim and Elias believe that providing service with honesty, integrity, and professionalism is the only way to operate a business. As a small company, Custom Homes NM has the ability to give close personal attention to each and every customer.
