Creative Additions Plus derives from a family-owned & operated background. Owner Randy Goltz first got started with his family’s home building & remodeling company at a very young age, and became involved full-time in 1988. Through the family business, Randy remodeled, built, and sold homes and apartments. In 2010, Randy created Creative Additions Plus with the aspiration to rebuild what his family once operated, but it has truly evolved into a company of his own. Randy's favorite part about what he does is the satisfaction of completing a project that results with happy homeowners. Looking back at the completed project and seeing the complete satisfaction of his customers, knowing he took it from start to finish. You can trust that when your project is done, it is really done! With 28 years of design-build knowledge and experience, you can rely on us to complete the house of your dreams!

We were closing on our house in 6 days! Buyer wanted 35-years-old bay window repaired before closing. Creative Additions Plus (Randy!) came to the rescue and successfully repaired our window (plus another one that we discovered later) in time for us to "close" on time! We so appreciate Randy recognizing our urgent need and giving us "Priority #1". He and his employees are very personable and professional and more importantly -- very competent. We were kept "in the loop" of what was happening during the repair which eased our anxiety in getting our project completed on time. We will certainly recommend Randy and Creative Additions Plus to our friends and neighbors!

Extremely impressed with the services offered by CAP. We incurred some unexpected water damage weeks after moving into our house and hired CAP to cover all repairs. They were prompt, professional, and coordinated everything from start to finish with transparency on pricing. We put our complete trust in them and would do so again.

I had trim around my garage door that was chipping off from the elements. Creative Additions Plus were knowledgeable about the issue with giving several options on how to repair the trim or replace. Reasonably priced and very friendly to work with.

I was so happy to find Creative Additions Plus on houzz. From the very first meeting, Randy was responsive and professional. I appreciated the time he took meet and find out details about my overall goals for the home. He was able to offer fantastic new ideas and design solutions, all with my budget in mind. Randy also stuck to the project timeline and kept me updated along the way, even when I was not able to be home. Randy's honesty, integrity and work was outstanding. Randy is a true craftsman. The finished product is perfect, and Randy deserves the highest recommendation. Thank you Randy!

Randy replaced a front bow picture window fit was very good and color matching was right on. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Quote and price were reasonable

Randy has helped me out on a several jobs, both commercial and residential. He is very friendly and receptive to my ideas and suggestions, but also not afraid to make suggestions of his own, which usually turned out better than what I was thinking. Randy's latest work was in a commercial building my company just bought. It a two phase project. Randy did great work on Phase 1 and we are going to be using him again later this year for the Phase 2 project. You can't go wrong with using Randy.

I have used Randy for a couple of my projects and was quite pleased with what he did for us. I feel he is reasonably priced and has done great work for us. I would definitely use him again for other projects. He was timely and stayed within his quotes. These were smaller projects, such as installing a patio door, re-installing under-layment flooring as a result of water leakage, laying vinyl flooring and installing drainage system in my basement.

We had Randy do an insurance restoration of an office and laundry room. He was very professional and courteous. His quote and final bill were right on. He and Seth did a great job and were able to finish the job on time. Very respectful of our wishes and had some great ideas. He was very conscientious of our time and was willing to work with us. We will definetly use Randy again. Great guy to work with.

As a project Manager for White Oak Construction, commercial general contractor located in Indianapolis IN, I hired Randy as the superintendent / carpenter for the Little Caesars restaurant Project in Cambridge MN. This consisted of remodeling a closed Sonic restaurant into a new Little Ceasars. Randy's performance in all aspects we asked of him, he performed exceptionally well. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, or willingness perform, then what Randy provided. I highly recommend Randy for any project you might have.

Randy was brought in to look at a water leak. Just one part could have patched the issue, but Randy pointed out the previous company did not do it with quality in mind. Randy went through our options and worked with our schedules to get it done. We feel the job is now professionally done and with quality standards in mind. We have had Randy do other work and he always wants the customer satisfied with the job when complete.

I had the pleasure to work with Creative Additions to manage a property. The owner Randy did a great job in reporting all issues of the vacant property in addition to making all the repairs. I would definitely work with Mr. Goltz again.
