Our first project was the historic First Presbyterian Church in downtown Phoenix. During the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s the company went on to build many homes in the Phoenix area and on Camelback Mountain. Our founder's two sons continued the family business during the 1960s. One son focused on commercial building and worked on the Phoenix Zoo and the Beeline Dragway. The other son continued building and renovating homes. By the 1970s, more than half the business consisted of residential remodeling projects. Our current owner, Carson Rodgers, joined the company in the 1980s. He learned every task in the business working side by side with his father.
