Working with Caliber LLC to rebuild our lake cabin to a lake house was an easy and enjoyable process. Dustin, Michael and their teams were helpful with ideas, keeping us informed, and keeping our project on track both with timelines and budget. Our home was a bit of a different situation due to a house fire. Dustin and Michael rebuilt using our original foundation. Dustin was very knowledgeable on the interior and exterior design, as well as with cost effective materials. Michael was excellent on keeping us updated on the process. Both were very personable and willing to work with us, even after hours. They were also understanding of our "homeless" situation, doing everything possible to speed up the process. VERY satisfied with our beautiful home!

Hands downs, the BEST contractors to work with. Dustin and Michael always made us feel important and like we were the only house they were building (which we know we weren't). They made sure every single decision that had to be made was our decision, and never once left us in the dark if something needed changed. Their crews were super nice and very respectful. I've never walked into cleaner work sites than what Caliber's crews have left. They also finished our project in a timely manner, on budget, and were right on point with every time frame. Hands down - the best and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking at building or remodeling.

We were looking for a contactor to help us remodel. We searched Home Advisor.com and we found Dustin Kopman's business. He came to our home to meet with us right away and after meeting him we were impressed by him. The remodel began with our main floor bathroom and then it was replacing doors and window casings so all of the woodwork matched through out our house, he replaced our basement windows, he referred us to the Hamlin Building Center in Lake Norden, S.D. to work with a knowledgeable team of people especially Carter Johnson who we could call up or stop in to see to talk to about ordering of materials. Carter always made things work out so well for us and Dustin. Dustin has good communication skills and carpentry skills to match. We are so glad to have had he and his team of professionals to guide us and to do spot on work on every level of our projects. DB Construction was very easy to work with. I selected a composite deck and aluminum railings to be used and we negotiated the size so that I would stay within my budget. Dustin was awesome about complying with my choice to add a slide for my grandchildren and suggested a sandbox at the end for more fun. It turned out really beautiful and the kids LOVE it.
