After starting and quickly growing a previous architectural firm, owner Jonathan Cortez, became frustrated with the restraints the rapidly expanding business placed on his clients. At that point, he made a decision to cut down on quantity and focus strictly on quality- and that is what the By Cortez firm is founded on. There is nothing worse than having extra wait time added to your project because the designers at a larger firm were too busy to give it the time it required. Each project must be approved by the city, and rejections can add months and extra dollars to your project.
