Broadway Design Build is a boutique firm operating in the Bay Area. We specialize in the design and construction of residential homes with clients who want an all inclusive, start to finish service. We offer services in design and planning, permitting and construction. Our clients range from residential whole-house renovations, tear downs, additions and ground up development. We have experience in a variety of architecture styles as well as the intricacies of historic property redevelopment. Our clients need to manage only one contract with a single point of responsibility; The Broadway Design Build team. With our approach, designer and contractor are on the same team, providing a unified operation that can communicate more readily throughout the project. We personally work with you to bring your vision to life. We have a lot of passion for what we do and welcome creative ideas big and small. Together, we will transform what you envision into a beautiful architectural reality.

We hired Broadway Design Build to help with the design of our newly purchased home. Can't say enough great things about working with Laryssa and this company. They were professional, highly attentive to us and we felt like they really listened. We really enjoyed our process with the Broadway team. Laryssa brings what I felt was the best combination of professionalism and creativity. You can tell she really cares about the quality of construction work and the design. I never felt like my design goals were being overtaken by an architect's ego but instead we were guided by a designer who elevated our ideas. The best part of working with this company was that the architecture and construction teams are integrated, we were able to get a design we loved within our budget because of this and not up at night worrying about going way over budget. I felt confident with Laryssa, and will definitely recommend Broadway to others!

We first came across Laryssa's work after viewing one of her project homes during our property buying search; we loved what had been created. As time passed, we eventually bought a fixer-upper of our own and reached out to Laryssa directly to see if we could find a way to work together on our project. She was generous enough to come out and provide a consultation and spend time with us - whilst it didn't work out due to elements outside of our control, we would have loved to work with Laryssa. The time we did spend together was highly informative and we've incorporated what we learned into our own project. She was collaborative and continuously thought of creative ways to solve problems. She then made sure that all the work done on our house was of a high standard - dropping regularly to check on the work and the progress.
