To say this was a horrible experience would be an understatement. If we could do this process over again, we would definitely find a different builder. The number of times we have been blown off or told "we are just too busy" is too high to count. If we didn't take the initiative to reach out to them throughout the process, we would have gotten nowhere. Also, beware of asking any questions about different items you may be purchasing as they will not be pleased to do any extra work than is required to complete the project. Glad to see that they are increasing their business and fattening their wallets (enter sarcasm here), but I don't believe they realize how poorly their customer service is handled and how truly dissatisfied their customers are at the end. Highly suggest finding a more professional team to build your home if you want a quality experience from beginning to end, during a process that should be fun and exciting, not stressful and annoying.

Worst experience of our lives! Would we buy from Bdirt again? Not in 100 years and not if the house was free. And that is giving them way too much credit! I wouldn’t even know where to begin in listing the unprofessional work they do!

We contracted with B-Dirt to build our dream home, and they exceeded our expectations. The team designed and built us a home rich in beauty and craftsmanship. It was very assuring to work with an experienced group who truly listens to your story, and who are dedicated to making your dream a reality. B-Dirt continues to serve as a reliable resource for questions we have about our home, and landscaping needs, which is very reassuring. Our relationship with B-Dirt didn't end when the keys were handed over. We absolutely love our home, and couldn't be more blessed.

I have had the pleasure of working with B-Dirt Construction on two different projects; a Gull Lake home, as well as an extensive remodel project for my mother. I first met B-Dirt after my original contractor swindled me. Skeptical of contractors at this point the Ranweilers quickly went from hired contractors to friends. My wife and I would highly recommend you contact B-Dirt if planning to build in the surrounding Brainerd Lakes Area. We decided to build with B-Dirt late in the Fall, and they were able to fit us in before winter. We were under budget and moved in before the contracted deadline. Great group of employees working for the company. Owners were always a phone call away and easy to get a hold of. Owners were very respective of our budget and time frame. B-dirt's number one goal is to make sure the customer is happy. My wife and I would recommend B-dirt to anyone thinking of building a home.

We contracted with b-dirt to build an addition on to our current cabin on Mitchell Lake just north of Crosslake, MN. We have been thrilled with the completed project. The b-dirt team delivered a beautiful cabin in a very compressed timeframe. They worked closely with us throughout the process and were at all times professional and customer focused. I would highly recommend them for a building project.

We love the cabin that B-Dirt designed and built for us! They were excellent to work with, especially given that we live in the Twin Cities, they are in Brainerd and the build site was near Orr. The cabin was completed on time and on budget and there were only a couple minor issues after we moved in that B-Dirt dealt with very promptly. They are great people that do a great job!!

I would highly recommend B-Dirt if you are planning on building or remodeling your home. They worked with us to get our project into budget, were diligent in building our new home, and took care of the few issues that needed attention after we moved in. One month after we moved in a storm moved through Brainerd and we ended up with 6 trees on our new house. B-Dirt was quick to react in removing the trees off the house, temporarily covered the damaged part of the house to prevent water damage, worked with my insurance company on the claim, and even cleared the drive so we could get access to the house. In addition to the excellent service, they provided us with a well built home that we are very proud of.

I purchased a B-Dirt home several years ago and could not be happier with how well built the home is! We have had nothing but great response from them if there are any issue, even when they were not there issues. I have recommended B-Dirt to several people and would use them again to build another home!

We absolutely love our new lake home built by B-Dirt Construction. Their design team did an amazing job on our lake lot. They listened to our needs and the results were everything we could have asked for. Our year round cabin feels cozy in the winter and cool in the summer, a testament to the quality materials and craftsmanship. When they say, " Build a Better Home", you can count on us as believers!

Very knowledgeable from start to finish with excellent workmanship. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to build a quality house either on a lake or in the city. B-Dirt looked at our project, provided autocad prints of their recommendation and gave us an accurate estimate.
