After contacting around 8 different companies to quote for our loft conversion and extension, we selected Asset lofts. I found Chris and his team to all act with honesty, integrity and kindness. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. They did an amazing job with the Loft conversion, communication was excellent all the way along, I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone, What I did like was the Payment structures they had in place. Gave us reassurances. They also worked some Saturdays if required to complete each stage.

Really friendly team - worked hard throughout and ended up with a really good result. Built a single storey side extension from scratch including foundations and all external features. Resolved any issues quickly. Recommended.

Asset took on a big job for us - a hip to gable loft conversion with ensuite and remodelling our first floor to create two big bedrooms and a family bathroom. They were 100 per cent professional from start to finish. Lloyd the builder and his team were fantastic and worked all hours, even a bank holiday weekend, to get the job done. If there were problems, Lloyd would come to us with solutions. We'd never done a job this big before and were concerned about being left in the lurch with no roof, as we'd heard some real horror stories about dodgy loft companies. We're very glad we chose Asset, who completed the job in around six week, and to a very high standard. We now have the space to stay in our lovely house for many years to come. I highly recommend this company.

Asset were open and honest about all costs from the start of the project, the project manager was always contactable even when there were unexpected issues (Down largely to our architect who is nothing to do with the company) Happy to have them do further work on the house. The Quality has been excellent and the whole family has been pleased with the results. If there was one negative comment, it would be there was some issues on some of the final statements but the discussions concerning these have always been carried out in a professional and pleasant manner.

Asset Lofts completed a 6 metre single storey extension at the rear of my terraced property. They overcame every obstacle including no parking, insufficient space to house a skip, no rear access (meaning everything had to come through the house) and mains pipes underneath the area destined to be built upon. None of the factors posed any challenge to the appointed contractor, Chris, who was a consummate professional. Each day I would be provided with an update of the progress of the build and next steps which was very reassuring. Even slight changes to the initial plans (approved by Building Control) were not viewed as anything detrimental or too much of an inconvenience. I am delighted with the space we have now gained which has meant we no longer need to move home to accommodate our growing family. Chris also supported us with the commissioning of local skilled trades people to help realise our vision for the space. The work was completed to a very high standard, on time and to the agreed budget. All contractors were courteous to ourselves and our neighbours which meant a great deal to us. They also worked around us since we were living in the property whilst this was work was being completed. We had regular check ins with Asset Lofts to ensure we were happy with the work and progress. They even called in mid way through the build to check on the quality of the build and finish etc. It was also reassuring to have them on the end of the phone for advice based on our changing needs during the construction. Having appointed Asset Lofts to complete our loft conversion a year before this extension was commissioned we are completed satisfied with their standard of work and excellent follow up service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Asset Lofts to friends and family alike, they are client centred professional service.

Terry runs a great operation. Communications first class Asset lofts built my loft speedily and at the price quoted (no hidden extras) They arrived daily on time and were extremely hard working There were daily meetings about preferences in respect of the build and materials used and I have already recommended Asset lofts to 2 friends who are both pleased

We used terry and his team for a major lift conversion which included the lowering of the ceilings to get the legal ceiling height. I found terry and his team to be not only professional but polite, funny and helpful. The price I was quoted was the price I paid and according the building control they said to me it was a good quality build.
