"Our house design was already approved by council and we need to make a few internal/external changes and submit for re-approval. The changes we wanted to make have an impact structurally and carpenter work. Because of this we've paused the work and only can continue after all changes are approved and structural engineering complete. Initially I was very worried and felt it was a big risk to move from one architect to another. I've put in a few ads for an architect to support me urgently. Through online I've met Magued. Magued was very professional and he took lots of time to understand my needs. Magued also took time to assure me how and where he can help me. He was very professional and he scope the work accurately so there are no discrepancies later. understanding the urgenies and its impact on ongoing work, Magued turned around the initial draft in 4 days from the original architect plan. Magued also assisted us with a new council pack for approval. In his design he clearly marked all the changes and dimensions. Also Mauget suggested a few changes that will improve interior design post lock-up.

Arch. M was given the contract to renovate my new 11m x 5m new office in April 2021. During the process, Magued, Director gave me his professional advice before and during the project, resulting in some fruitful changes. The delivered finished product is to my full satisfaction
