Tommas Rullo is one of the owners and he personally project managed our side-return extension. He made sure we were happy each step of the way. It’s a big decision to do an extension, but if you decide to do it, you can’t go wrong with Alt Construction. They did an amazing job and also did the little things like providing us with a temporary set-up for our dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. This made living through the work less stressful. They delivered to their timeline and budget and made sure everything was expertly done. We’re planning future projects and will go directly to Alt Construction for this work.

I used Alt Construction for a major renovation project in a conservation area and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm really impressed with the workmanship of ALT carried out for our loft conversion. We didn't think we'd be able to create a good loft space but our architect advised us on the best design and ALT completed the project with very good finishes. They were always available to speak to us during the whole renovation and always took our ideas on board. They were not the cheapest, but we were really happy with the results and believe the cost was worth every penny. We were considering moving home but now we feel really comfortable as ALT have help create the sanctuary we now love to live in. Highly recommended.

Alt Group Construction built a rear extension and carried out internal renovation in our family home, the team was recommended by a family friend who had a few works done by them and their architect in the past. The team on site was led by Tommas who looked after every single task and challenge of project which made us feel safe. All turned out great and I can only recommend this company!

ALT Construction handled my newly purchased flat renovation exceptionally well. They helped to bring my plans for reshaping my space to a reality. I needed an extra space for home working and they made some good suggestions on how to design it in a way that made it really functional without my flat feeling pokey and small. They offered trade discounts so I relied on them for the purchase of all finishes. I also didn't have to worry about the communications with building controls, the council and structural engineer. We are very pleased with Alt Construction professionalism & bespoke delivery. Tommas, Karol, Marcelo & the team have worked on our rear dormer loft conversion. They were very supportive in finding solutions to get the most of our project for us, working closely with our architect, and always in good spirits. Really like the key in hand approach, from structural design meetings to finished decoration touches, all dealt with one team.

We needed a reliable company for the renovation of our flat in North London. We were after top quality work and a friend who works in the building trade recommended Alt Construction. The team did brilliant work within our required time frame. High end finishes and great, very professional, communication. Alt Constructions did a complete refurbishment of a three-bedroom flat in central London for me. I chose them after getting two other quotes and finding Marcello to be the easiest to communicate with and responsive to all my questions. I initially hired the team for a full refurbishment of the three bedrooms and the living room but they stepped up when my plumber who was meant to do the kitchen and bathroom dropped out at the last minute. From providing design options for the full bathroom and all materials such as flooring and lamps in all rooms (and proving great modern taste) to resourcing all items and installing, the whole job was done at a very high standard with no cutting of corners. Tommas discussed many options with me on site and helped me make the right quality decisions such as chasing all piping and wires behind the wall which in hindsight makes the place look so much better. I visited the site several times during the works and found Lukasz and rest of the team to always work in a very tidy and professional environment. I was regularly updated on the progress and paid as work progressed. I reviewed the end work with them and they provided me plenty of opportunity to highlight any last snagging as well.

Alt Construction carried out various works at my flat including re-tiling, re-decorating and plastering. The team was very professional, friendly and reliable - I totally recommend them!

We instructed Alt to re-design and refurbish our home. It was a really efficient service and our needs were met with precision and in good time too. We thought they were definitely worth the money we paid because of the quality and effort they put in. We had an awkwardly shaped space for our bathroom and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to have what we wanted, but the Team were approachable and great listeners, they took our concerns on board and kept us updated regularly.
