Olga's Cleaning Services

I wish I could give zero stars. Don't use. Truly the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service in over 30 years. She charged more than three times the largest amount I have ever paid and did by FAR the worst job ever. I contacted Olga after a serious illness with a big family party coming up. From the outset, she focused on making me feel bad that the house wasn't clean, but I had little time and few options at that point. She quoted $35/person/hour and then raised it to $40. I grudgingly accepted. The crew of three was 30 minutes late. They took an extended break that she expected me to pay for. She was unable to count, or is simply dishonest, and attempted to charge me for an entire hour more than they worked. In all, she charged $510 for an incredibly bad job that included one of the inept crew members falling into one of my walls and marring it to the point of requiring it to be repainted. I could have taken dozens of other photos of dirty places in their aftermath, but these are representative. For $510, any and every spot in the house should have passed the white glove test. I've also never had a cleaning service decide it was OK to park on my lawn. Don't even think of using Olga's Cleaning Services.
