For Almost 20 years now we have set out to build homes in the Wells County and surrounding areas . Over the course of that time we have developed a unique expertise in new custom built homes as well as light commercial projects and properties. We feel what separates us from the pack (or could be all other builders) is the fact that we are on the job site entirely more often, since we still do all the mechanical (Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) work on the home or project. Before we started building we worked for and were trained by our father who had a local plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company where we worked on new construction projects prior for nearly 15 years. Today, we define what it means to be “on-site builders’, from start to finish we take care of your project- giving you peace of mind. While other builders contract out plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, we are highly experienced in all aspects of the project, and work with fewer third party contractors.
