We are builders with a difference. We are proud to be a family business. Brothers Pierre and Christian Carboni established PLAN C in 2011, having previously worked in property together for over 20 years. Ally and Emma complete the Carboni team, working behind the scenes in office management, PR and interior design. We work with a core team of local architects, engineers, tradesmen and artisan craftsmen who share our core values and bring a wealth of experience. Whether you are building from scratch or are remodelling and renovating, we know that the process of creating your dream home is an intimate one, so we believe in the personal touch. Plan C did a superb job on my flat conversion in Camden. Pierre, Christian and team completely wowed us from the word go. We would never have come up with the ideas they presented to us ourselves and they made us think differently about the space we had and what to do with it. They remodelled the whole floor plan for us and it now flows so much better. We are more than thrilled with the finish they’ve achieved; it’s a very high quality all round. They run a tight ship all the way through and really look after the budget and timings. We couldn’t be happier and we’ll definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

We decided to use Plan c for a loft extension, rear extension and refurb on our period property after seeing some of their work on Houzz. We had been really impressed with some of the photos on their profile and they also came highly recommended. After talking at length with Pierre about our requirements on the phone, he came to visit to talk through the project and gave us some fantastic ideas beyond what we had already envisioned. Once the project was underway, the guys worked brilliantly, to time and to budget and we have been so thrilled with the results. we are thinking of doing some more work in our garden in the next few months and we will definitely be calling on Pierre and the team to work with us again.
