This was our first major home improvement project and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the overall outcome. The staff from Little John was courteous, professional, talented and responsive to our requests and needs. They listened to our input and guided us in making the many decisions that were necessary. Beyond the extras that we requested, Little John provided us with a very accurate estimate that was within our budget and they were able to stick to it. The majority of the work was finished quickly, permitting us to move back in and start using the space. Overall, Little John did a fantastic job and we would recommend them to our friends without reservation. We will certainly consider them for all of our future projects. Thank you!

Hired Little John to move some doorways and open up a wall to create a more open space for living room/dining room combo. He also put in a large window and refinished all wood floors. John was skilled at taking my vague idea of how I wanted the house to look and function and transform it into reality. Ann Marie helped to guide me through the process. All workers were skilled, neat and respectful. I could not be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend!

They are professional and the crew is on time, neat, and takes pride in there work. I can not say enough good things about them. Little John worked on 2 projects for us this fall and did an outstanding job on both. This included removing a deck from the roof, replacing the roof, and building a new deck outside our upstairs bedroom which looks unbelievable, and then refurbished our 40 year old porch by removing paneling on the walls, shelving and lighting, and then installing 2 new French Doors, a new Andersen picture window, and hanging 5 coach lights. These projects revitalized our home and make it look amazing. In addition to the fine workmanship, Little John and his wife Ann Marie were a pleasure to work with. They are very nice people and run a terrific business. They also have an excellent crew who work very hard, and go out of their way to do the best job possible. They were a pleasure to have in our house. I would highly recommend them for any project you have. I wouldn't use anybody else!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Ann Marie and John from Little John Remodeling. They did a complete renovation of our kitchen and flooring through out the house. Everything came out better than we imagined- we couldn't be happier. They were always available to give professional advise and Ann Marie would take the time to go shopping with me to find the right flooring, lighting, faucets etc. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Little John Remodeling did a kitchen remodel for us in back in 2016. It was a full gut and remodel and overall the kitchen came out great. There were a few bumps in the road along the way, but we were able to work them all out. I would recommend them because they are professional and they make good on all of their promises. I would advise anyone starting a large home project to go over all contratcts with a fine tooth comb before you sign..

We chose Little John Remodeling for a number of reasons but ultimately it was because of their excellent reputation in our area. We wanted a builder who was reliable, creative and paid attention to detail. We completely remodeled our kitchen and added on to our living room as well as opened up our floor plan. John and is team were wonderful. He handled everything on the job. Got us our plumber, electrician and mason and took care of all the tile work. Matt did an amazing job on the detail work on our book case as well as all of the moldings. Annmarie was an incredible help with what I found to be an overwhelming task of picking out tile, cabinets and accessories for the kitchen. His workers were friendly, professional and courteous. We couldn't be happier with the job that they did for us.

When I was looking to do a complete overhaul of my kitchen and laundry room, an acquaintance recommended Little John Remodeling. I met with Ann Marie and we talked about design concepts to optimize the space I had. The new layout gave me tons of counter space, plenty of storage and the island I’ve always wanted. The project was completed on time and within budget. The demo of my old kitchen began mid July and my new kitchen was finished the Friday before Labor Day (just final touches needed to be done). I was very impressed that someone was working in my home almost every day of the project. On the few days there wasn’t, I was notified in advance. John and his team of experts do beautiful work. Ann Marie kept everything moving along, and offered design expertise in tile, fixtures, hardware, etc. The final result exceeded my expectations.

Little John Remodeling did a major renovation of our home in 2011. It involved addition onto back of house, new kitchen, bathroom, roof, siding and front entrance. Six years later and we are still thrilled with the results. John was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. When our architect didn’t think we could have an open floor plan, John came up with a way to get the proper support beams in so we could have it. During construction he realized that my husbands home gym would be cramped if we followed architect plans and he redesigned the space. His workers and subcontractors were pleasant and on time. Ann Marie was very organized and let me know when I had to make material selections. She even saved us money by placing siding order before the price increased. Highly recommend them...would use them again in a heartbeat.
