We choose LBK from a recommendation. Being both design and contractor, yo need to realize that things may run a little higher than just a straight contractor, but the choices their design team offered, as well as tailoring the products to what we thought, as well as getting us to think beyond the general everyday box, led to a really satisfying experience. From the start they were really something to watch as our second floor was totally renovated and updated. Like any large project there were the unexpected hiccups but LBK helped us through it all and did a terrific job. We are thrilled with the final product and our kids, and their families, really enjoy what has become of their old rooms and love staying over!

We used LBK Design Build to remodel our kitchen and dining area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. Starting with the initial, in-home consultation, Nick listened to what we were looking for and presented a few options and ballpark pricing. From there, working with the Joe and Julie from the Design team to bring our vision to life was awesome. Between collaborating virtually on various layouts and working in-person at their Design center to make our selections, we quickly and easily began to see how our new space would look. The expectations the team set provided a clear idea of how things would go and what we might run into, providing peace of mind for such a large project. Once construction started, the day-to-day process was great as well. Whether it was Jon, Chris, Marius or any of the other contractors, everyone who came through the house was kind, respectful and thorough in their work. We had an amazing team of workers who had various areas of expertise and really came through in executing the plans for our space. Aside from the work itself, all of the ‘support’ staff behind the scenes were very helpful throughout the process. Joanna was a great point of contact for us to run things by as the project was underway and Beth was flexible and understanding when it came to invoices and payments. When the work was done, we couldn’t believe it was our house. To take our very dated space to the modern, open floorplan we have today is nothing short of a miracle. We absolutely loved working with LBK on this project and recommend them to anyone. We have a few more projects lined up and can’t wait to work with them again.

We worked with LBK to redesign most of our first floor--a mudroom, laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen. They were so creative with solutions and the final design is amazing, we love it! It's so much more functional than what it was, not to mention it's beautiful. Communication during the project was great, much better than any other company we've worked with in the past. If we ever need another reno, we'll definitely use LBK! Highly recommend them!

What a lucky day when we selected LBK to help with the design and build of our kitchen. We knew little to nothing about remodeling a room let alone a kitchen. The guidance was invaluable. The project was handled in a professional manner and the craftsmanship was top notch. We would recommend LBK without reservation.

We engaged LBK for a large remodel of our exterior deck, siding, roof and the interior remodel of our kitchen and moving to an open floor plan. It was a complicated project, and we used LBK due to their experience and skills in design, architecture, project management(keeping the project on schedule) and managing all aspects of the work(including permitting), and sub-contractors. We did experience several issues during the project which LBK helped solve with a high level of project management and experience to resolve. We also had some water issues due to rain at a time our roof was not quite complete and they immediately helped resolve it. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our project and would recommend LBK without hesitation.

We had a major renovation of our kitchen and master bath completed this year by the LBK team. I've posted before and after photos of both spaces, and as you can see, they did an amazing job! We absolutely loved working with their team and could not recommend them more highly. Even from the start of "sales" process, no one ever pressured us, and the team was completely understanding of and worked within our budget. The design process was really easy and enjoyable - LBK really got to know us and suggested designs and items for the spaces that really fit with our personalities and themes. Once that was done, the team was clear about when the project would get started and overall timelines. The Project Manager and on-site team were absolutely wonderful - they were always respectful of the space and our family when we were in and out and by cleaning up at the end of the day. The head carpenter for each of the jobs (kitchen and master bath) also took our space and family's tastes in mind for individual recommendations when looking at final fittings/hardwares, etc. Even all the individual contractors they had come in for the work (electricians, plumbers, etc.) were all very considerate. I could not recommend this LBK Design team more highly - you will be in such trustworthy and skilled hands throughout the whole process.

I had my kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled by LBK Design Build. They have a beautiful showroom and were very helpful and instrumental in my choice of products. They were very attentive to all my questions and needs. The Design Team planned beautiful layouts for the bathrooms and kitchen. The workmanship was excellent and the products were superior. I feel the price quoted me for the project was fair. I did have a few minor issues, but they were resolved promptly. LBK Design Build always made me feel my project was of great importance as a customer. I highly recommend LBK Design Build for any home improvements you may be considering.

We've used LBK Design Build most recently the renovation of our Kitchen, and previously on our main bathroom. The kitchen was a major project but LBK handled it promptly, professionally and with great attention to detail. We had a vision for what we wanted and working with their designer, they were able to refine and enhance it, and it has turned out better than we expected. Although we had to wait a while due to supply chain delays (outside their control), once construction started, they did everything they promised, and stayed on time and on budget. We really enjoyed working with the LBK team and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation on their home!

We are very pleased with how our kitchen renovation turned out - the difference was night and day. We could not have picked a better contractor - LBK listened to all our wish list and their design team was able to incorporate all those in the space. And if there were any issues during the renovation, Nick was there to assist and sort it out as soon as possible. Their process on renovation from start to finish is what we really love about them - they are very transparent and gives you update on what’s going on for each week, and also maintained the working space clean and organized. Comentado: What did you use for the backsplash?The backsplash is from Avalon and is Durango cream travertine 4x4. Grout is cornsilk. Floor tile is 18x18 Ekko Rugged Brown.
