I couldn't be happier to give a rave review to this wonderful man and his impeccable crew! We have renovated many old homes over the years, and worked with a wide range of builders. Vaidas Sabonis is absolutely the best we've ever worked with. On time, on budget, impeccable craftsmanship, honesty, integrity and a warm and harmonious work environment. His crew are first-rate, take great pride in their work, and are outstandingly professional, respectful, polite and tidy. (Tony and Sander were our key guys, plus several other specialist artisans as needed, all working to the same high standard.) It was truly a revelation to work with these guys — we never knew that tearing our house apart could be so satisfying. They built solid walls to fence off and protect our furniture from the affected rooms, and restored everything precisely. They were respectful of our neighbours, and made certain that no building materials ever lingered on the pavement outside our Grade II listed property. All this and Vaidas wasn't the high bidder — his price was right in the middle of the three tenders we received. The crew volunteered the unexpected promise that we'd cook Christmas dinner in our new kitchen, and then worked crazy hours to make sure that we did. Amazing, wonderful guys! We're already drawing up lists of what else they can do here to bring the rest of the place up to their standard.

Ealing Home Improvements recently completed a large conversion project for us in Belsize Park. They have converted a house into four apartments. It included loft conversion, extension and full basement. From the beginning the project was run smoothly. Communication was solid, and Ealing Home Improvements helped us navigate with several tricky construction issues. Most importantly, the quality of work was exceptional! You can straight away see that contractors and personnel had clearly worked together on many projects and collaborated to deal with challenges efficiently. The resulting works were to a very high standard and we are very happy with the results. We have used several other construction companies on our projects in London - Ealing Home Improvements are the only firm we would happily recommend to others. They are head and shoulders above the competition in terms of quality control and overall professionalism.

Ealing Home Improvements undertook a large refurbishment project on our 4 bedroom house in SW11. We created an extra bedroom on the back rear addition, took out 2 chimney breasts, replaced and gutted two bathrooms, replaced all the sash windows and redecorated. They were hugely professional throughout. The guys that worked on the project on a day to day basis were polite, tidy and very easy to work with. Vaidas who runs the company was always extremely calm and accommodating and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am an interior designer and I have worked with them on previous projects so I was keen for them to carry out the work on my house.

As a client (property developer) and as a professional (project manager), I couldn't recommend Ealing Home Improvements more. We have worked together in the past years in more than 10 projects, and they always provide excellent services. We have cooperated in small residential refurbishment projects, in commercial projects (restaurant and dental clinic) and in freehold house developments involving basement and loft extentions. I hired Ealing Home Improvement for a complete redecoration of my three-bedroom terraced house including exterior work, wooden floor installation throughout (including staircase) and two complete bathroom refurbs (and converting one bathroom into a shower room). The project was delivered on spec, on time and on budget. The communications were good and I felt supported throughout the project: as soon as the project manager couldn't answer my question directly, he would defer to the relevant expert and provide an answer/recommendation. I will definitely be hiring the company for any future project and would not hesitate to recommend them for similar scale projects.
