GDL Property did a spectacular job renovating my house. We met early on, so I was able to describe in detail my vision. This was my first experience with a large renovation project involving customization and expansion of my kitchen, renovating several bedrooms, the living room, and the bathroom. GDL completed a large scale renovation for our family in Fulham. We hired them to to do a ground floor extension + loft conversion, which included installing an ensuite bathroom. Mariyan, Bobby and the project management team showed responsiveness throughout the entire process, which is a rarety in this industry. On a later stage, we also used their service on several items of joinery, including a kitchen. After just one meeting and a mood board from our side, the team really understood what we wanted and provided quality of joinery installations.

GDL Property did a major renovation for us. We bought a dilapidated 5 bedroom house, that had not been inhabited for 1.5years before we bought and prior to that was multi-tenanted for 15years. We had to re-design the house and reconstruct. The project involved rear extension, creation of a new room, moving bathrooms and toilets, a new kitchen and a new garden as well as complete reflooring, changing windows etc. We found GDL after we had to let go of our earlier team due to issues on their end. GDL met us in Feb 2020 and within a week of meeting us, they had workers on-site. A few weeks later COVID hit us, however that did not stop GDL. They kept going. They delivered the project in 9 months. During this time there were several outstanding elements of GDL's delivery: a) Overall finish and attention to detail. Our designers were based abroad and could not travel due to COVID. GDL worked with them to understand their drawings, suggest supply items and then delivered the designs as they looked on paper. b) High quality finish. GDL are committed to a high standard. Their workers worked hard to finish and deliver a high quality project. Everyone who visits our house comments on the fine quality of the work done - whether it be the quality of the finish or the straightness of the lines etc. c) GDL delivered a world class kitchen to us. At the risk of sounding immodest we have not seen a kitchen like this. d) Mariyan and his team understood our tastes and budgets and were always able to recommend good value products and supplies to us. They have a vast network of high quality sub-contractors. Just like the kitchen we had a few other specific requirements. Mariyan's team was able to get high quality workers and materials to deliver the project. Beyond this Mariyan and his team are all a pleasure to work with. They are thorough professionals, very relaxed even at the peak of COVID, solution orientated, dedicated to a high standard of workmanship and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We went through planning, design and build with GDL and all stages were really well handled. Builders were always on time, clean and tidy, the office was always supportive and helped a lot in making every wish of ours come true. Budget-wise we did spend slightly more than we anticipated to, but it was all down to additions and amendments which we have decided to go for along the way. Timing-wise we had a slight overrun, which was due to change of specs and a few pain in the neck suppliers. Generally, we are extremely pleased with the services GDL provided and would recommend them at any time!

I saw their work on a colleague’s house, and I fell in love. I knew right away that these are the people I was looking for. I had a fairly small amount of work done at first - just one bathroom, but a bathroom I liked better than the rest of the house. Ryan did an excellent job at our place. We refurbished 2 toilets and had the whole flat repainted. The quality of the finishing is very high down to the last detail. The job was done within the set time frame and he was always happy to accommodate any revision or change on a short notice.

Ryan oversaw 2 fittings for me: 1 ensuite wetroom and 1 bathroom. Both were a complete refurb including tiles and flooring and fitting of new appliances. We used Ryan's decorators to rennovate our bathroom which included turning two rooms into one and fitting a new suite. Ryan's decorators managed the complete job from start to finish and did everything including the final decorating. They did everything they said they would do and did it very well (and quickly).
