I have created a new level of design services, these being well beyond “the decorator” who comes into a home merely to decorate, usually collecting commissions from vendors as well as additional fees from clients. My services are absolutely transparent with all my purchase of goods and services bought competitively including purchases from direct sources where possible. I have been a designer for 30 years; 14 years back east in the greater NY metropolitan area and 18 years here in Las Vegas. I have traveled and done many jobs throughout the country. I know all the sources nationally and locally. Here is where I depart from the norm. I function well beyond just design. I handle every detail of the project or the dreams of my client, overseeing your contractors, shopping for any and everything, cleaning services, landscape, electrical, plumbing, carpet, tile etc.… I manage it all, I can even have most of these expedited before you even arrive in town, if you are just moving here. I sit down with the client and plan every detail, then bring their dreams into living reality. My fee is $ 95.00 - $125.00 per hour for all my services. The bottom line, I do it all on an hourly basis that absolutely saves the client money and heartache. Once the client places the project in my hands they certainly are free to visit and watch but if they cannot be here, I am their eyes and ears and confidant on the ground. My 30 + years of design experience has shown me that more is needed than just to decorate. A complete service of putting it all together for a client at a reasonable competitive cost is the way to go. I call it; “Concierge Design Services by Gary Adams” – It Works!
