As first time homeowners that were moving from abroad, we found moving into a large out-dated house very daunting. We were recommended Faros by our realtor and have no regrets with choosing them. Daniel was our project manager, and helped us plan our house remodel in phases that accomodated us as we were moving in. He is very responsive to e-mails and calls. No questions were left unanswered. He definitely has an eye for detail and could sense the style we were going for. Daniel and the Faros team are very accommodating and concientious. They go above and beyond whenever they get the chance. Since this was our first home, we didn't have many ideas about the general upkeep and possibilities. Daniel and the Faros team made so many recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of otherwise - like sealing our ducts, sanding out the old wooden floors, recommendations for tile, etc. They are clearly very experienced and have a large portfolio. In projects in which someone in their team didn't have experience with, in this case our fireplace, they helped to vet other professionals before inviting them to work on our home. After more than 6 months of work on and off, the inside of the house is barely recognizable. They helped us to create a living space with small children that is bright and airy (and safe). We look forward to speaking to them again about future projects.

Faros did 2 bathrooms for us and we are completely satisfied with their work. If you want quality and attention to detail this is the company to hire! Everyone was friendly and professional I was amazed at how neat and clean they were. Everyone took great pride in their work. They never rushed through their job resulting in perfection. Danny Arena ran our job and was very personable. Danny had excellent communication skills and made it clear that our satisfaction was his priority. I can’t say enough about this company. If you want your renovation done right go with Faros!

We hired Faros to move our laundry upstairs, create a new laundry room from part of the bonus space over the garage, and turn our current laundry room into a mud room. They were very professional, clean, polite-and the end result is perfect. They were very helpful I. The overall design of the room and tolerating all of my changes in the process. They took care of securing all of the proper permits as well.

FDBR completely renovated our house. The house was built in 1912 and had not seen any updates for almost 40 years. FDBR carefully planned the renovation, shared plans with us, and did a beautiful job. In total, FDBR completely remodeled the kitchen, bumped out the house to include 2 former porches, remodeled 3.5 bathrooms, and did fantastic work on renovating the 3rd floor.

Very hard working and honest, professional people. From concept to final product, they were always available and returned calls. They utilized an on-line app which provided details for the status of their project work. Would highly recommend Faros.

We hired Faros to remodel our two bathrooms before our son was born this spring. We had a deadline and we were really counting on them to deliver on time - and they blew it out of the water. They show up, are incredibly communicative, and do a stellar job. I don't think any email ever even sat for a few hours unanswered! They are incredibly prompt, skilled, and they CARE. I think this story really exemplifies their level of professionalism: we were having my baby shower at our house and the bathroom still needed to be finished, but unfortunately, a huge snowstorm came and delayed almost every piece of the final installation. The owner and his son came to our house in the middle of the blizzard to finish the job. They wouldn't let it sit unfinished- they even shoveled our driveway to get it done on time! That's the kind of care I'm talking about - you'd be exceptionally lucky to have them work on your house. We look forward to working with them again and constantly recommend them to all of our friends.
