Founded in 2008, Bashtan Ltd is a full service building and joinery company operating in central, SW London and Surrey. We use our own workforce and all jobs are overseen by our company founder. Offering a full service from a set of plans through to the final light fitting, Bashtan Ltd can design, build, finish and project manage your extension or build. Showroom on Fulham Road to showcase our bespoke joinery including kitchens and wardrobes, floating stairs and more. Of course, our quotes are free, as is our advice.

From the initial consultation we had with the Bashtan team to the final end of the works they were amazing . They gave us information and contacts with regards to planning , architects , and links to suppliers which made the whole process seamless. The initial quote and timeline of works was detailed and every item was listed so we knew exactly what costs were going to be included and they kept exactly to the timeline during difficult circumstances. During the works , each week we had updates and face time conversations due to lockdown restrictions . No details were left to chance and they showed us on our laptop what was happening and discussed our choices constantly. The detailing questions were thorough and any suggestions we made or asked for were immediately followed up with an email with costings . The whole team were so helpful, they made the process easy and above all they created a new kitchen with side return beautiful . Thank you Bashtan .

Bashtan Ltd were such a find! We engaged them to undertake a full house renovation with loft and rear extensions. All work was carried out to the highest standards and in a timely fashion. All members of the time were professional, tidy and very considerate. They often went above and beyond; for example looking for our lost cat whilst we were on holiday, and carefully transplanting garden shrubs to other parts of the garden undisrupted by the building works. Nothing was too much to ask! It was very reassuring to have a designated site supervisor on hand throughout all stages of the project to ensure continuity as well as the lovely office staff as another point of contact. We are thrilled with the end results. And any minor snagging issues have been dealt with swiftly even after the official six month period expired. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been involved with property for most of my life and have repeatedly said 'never again' when I had finished a job. Until now. no more 'that will cost you' 'you don't need to do that' comments from this firm. They gave me a price, started when they said and finished the job. With no dramas!!! This is the third time that I have employed them and I hope that it won't be the last.

After previously having terrible experiences working with builders in London I am so pleased to have found Bashtan Construction. They have just completed the install of a new roof and renovating our master en-suite from the studs out. The plan that I had developed for the en-suite was very custom in nature but Bashtan fitted every component perfectly. Most of the renovation was completed whilst I was abroad but I received daily communication as well progress photos keeping me in the know throughout the entire process. In addition to the exceptional quality of the workmanship and the communication being superior, I was so pleased to see that my final bill was not a pence more than my original quote. Admittedly I’m very hard to please, however, Bashtan has exceeded all expectations. They are absolutely my go-to builder and they should be yours as well. Caroline, Andy, and Yurij are wonderful to work with. Thank so much for giving us a dreamy en-suite!

We hired Bashtan in 2013 for a full refurbishment (including side return and semi basement) of a Victorian terrace in Parsons Green. Given the nature of the project, the work went very smoothly and was done to a very high standard of finish. Throughout the job Bashtan made several suggested design changes which really helped the project to run smoothly and ensured that we got a great result. I have recommended Bashtan to others and would use them again.

The best builders I have ever used. I live through the building project with my family while the builder removed the roof and entire first floor and built around me. The quality of their week is excellent, their finish is amazing, communication with the client was outstanding. The build finished on time and to schedule. The builder on site were hard working, respectful and polite at all times. Their after project service is absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Refurbishment of garage and workshop to gym and entertainment space. Reliable builders who worked hard to get the project completed in three months. In addition to providing a high quality finish Andy's input into the design and layout greatly enhanced the look and functionality of the space .The project came in as per the original quote apart from a few minor additions which we had approved. I highly recommend them.

A full refurbishment with basement. Started and completed on time and price. Small modifications to the original plan was met with a simple ‘OK’. I could not have asked for anymore.
