Alure made having our kitchen replaced as painless as possible. They have it down to a science, a different crew for every phase of the job. Start to finish in 3 weeks. Emilio, the project manager went above and beyond for us, even tackling a problem with our new dishwasher, that had nothing to do with Alure. We will definitely use them again next year when we have the bathrooms redone; and we will ask for Greg our designer and Emilio as project manager. We are so happy with the results.

We’re still “oohing” and “aahing” over the bathroom renovation project completed by Alure. We had our main bath and a ½ bath completely renovated, and Alure made the process as seamless as possible. Their whole team was well coordinated, and any concerns we had along the way were addressed on a timely basis. We’re already looking forward to our next project with Alure!

This was our second time using Alure. The first time was a bathroom and this time was our basement. We went from having a half-finished, dark, and dreary basement to a new, light, welcoming living space! We worked with Greg (sales) and Jason (PM) who were responsive and answered any questions we had during the project. While we did have a few blips during the project (nothing is 100% perfect when it comes to remodeling) we were very happy with the final product. It is great to have extra space and now my husband has a wonderful home office.

Jennifer, thank you again for all your efforts, it was a pleasure working with you. Thank you to the service department for arranging a technician to adjust the lock on my entrance door that was installed three years ago. Alure certainly stands behind their work and I am very pleased with their quick response.

We recently used Alure in March 2022 to complete our kitchen remodel. From the moment we came in contact with the team at Alure we were met with courtesy, professionalism, and outstanding service. Greg Griffin was our designer and helped us design our kitchen from start to finish. Never made us feel embarrassed about our outdated kitchen and small space, but gave us options to maximize the space we had while making it look modern. When it came to picking out cabinets, countertop, etc. in Alure's showroom, Greg was so helpful in bringing our vision to life and quickly understood our taste. Lubo was our project manager who oversaw the project from demo to completion and also was amazing. We were given a calendar of events on the day of demo and knew who was going to be in our home and when. Lubo was so accommodating and even showed up to our home in minutes notice when I felt uncomfortable with removing molding, etc. and stayed with me until the crew left. No company would do that for you. I can't say enough about the entire team from accounting, to the field team who drops by to check in on the project, to the delivery crew who dropped off all of our supplies. Everyone is amazing. I know it can be daunting to pick a construction company but don't think twice about contacting Alure. They are the best we have dealt with, and have had construction done in our home before. We will be calling Alure to remodel our bathroom soon. We felt part of a family and are grateful to the entire team. You definitely get what you pay for with Alure: outstanding service, amazing staff, and a beautiful remodeled space.

On May 7th, 2021, I ordered new siding for my home at a competitive price with the friendly staff at Alure Home Improvements, and deposited 24% of the total cost. The design and project manager soon visited my home, and I was told the project would start on June 23rd. Another 24% of the cost was paid at the time of this assessment. The siding did not arrive for five months due to manufacturing delays. When the siding arrived, another 24% was deposited as agreed, and a new production manager briefly ran over the project with his workers. He then left, and did not return. When all the old siding was removed, and around 50% of the new siding installed, the workers discovered that there was not enough siding to complete the job. A small note, the siding on either side of my chimney was installed differently and I thankfully pointed it out while the workers were available to fix it. They left after sealing the uncovered areas of my house and did not reinstall any outdoor lights or cover the holes that were left in their place. With the project on hold until new siding can be made, presumably another five months, the dumpster and porta potty were left in our driveway until a few days after we called to have them removed. At first, Alure attributed my unfinished siding to production delays and stated that they visited the siding factory to further investigate. This explanation did not make sense to me as a delay would not cause the wrong amount of siding to arrive, but rather a problem with the order--either a wrong order placed by Alure or a misreading of the order by the siding factory. When I commented on that point, I was told that the order was placed incorrectly by an old production manager who had since quit. I also asked our current production manager why the siding delivered was not checked before the project started. He did not take responsibility for this error, saying that he was not there at the time. A sample of siding from another company that could be delivered more quickly than the one I ordered was left for me on my porch. I was told that it was the same color, and that they design manager checked the colors in the light and shade himself. However, the siding from the other company was darker with more blue undertones. I refused to use the product, and asked that I be given what I ordered with the understanding my home will remain unfinished for several months. I received no compensation beyond the statement that they understand that I am upset, and will do everything they can to rush the order. I am due to pay a final $1,000.00 at the completion of my home. At this point, I have paid for 96.55% of my siding, with nowhere near that much of the project completed, and the knowledge that my home will remain uncovered throughout the winter. I would not recommend this company. I am sad that a company with such a good reputation would display this level of unprofessionalism. I am embarrassed that I chose to trust Alure with my mone

They are worth each penny; their skills, effective, reliability and talent mix to make them a sophisticated organization. From the starting of the design work to the conclusion of every task, we felt confident that we have been within the nice of fingers.

My husband and I have been through the process of speaking to MANY contractors around doing minor work on our home. We found that many companies did not want to be bothered with the small jobs unless they could get the bigger ones potentially down the line. So many never called back or even bothered to send the quote they discussed with us. We ran into Alure at the Long Beach Fair and spoke to them thinking it would be the same experience. They set up and appointment on the spot and Alure was available within 24 hours to visit. This has NOT been the norm. We have set up appointments for people to show up late or not at all. From the start we knew that John was honest, upfront and compassionate, He listened to my husbands ideas, inserted his and gave multiple options. One of the very best parts was that he provided a quote on the spot. AMAZING! No other company has come close to this service. When we finally signed the deal, we felt like we were working with a trusted family member or friend, not someone looking to make a buck. WE love Alure! We are excited to complete our project and do more work with them! JOHN is the very best!

Alure goes above and beyond:) They really care from the beginning and even BEYOND the end! They helped me navigate through having to deal with NY Rising and Sandy which took a lot off my mind! They re-did my den, basement and installed a brand new AMAZING bathroom! Most recently they installed my hurricane proof Windows and made sure they were measured perfectly to fit expensive blinds I had just bought so that I didn't have to order new ones.Everything came out incredible.... I hired Alure for a basement renovation. They were professional from start to finish, starting with Diane Powers, Salesperson and Project Manager Pat Zukowsky! We are so very pleased with the completed job. The entire crew was outstanding.
