THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO COME BACK!!! IT'S A ONE TIME SELL FOR THEM AND ONE TIME EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
I saw a cheaper price on internet from a local store 3h after purchasing a dishwasher (April 8th) and they never wanted to match the price and reimbourse the extra paid!
I sent the cheaper price & local store link to the salesman (Luis Miguel Herrera Fong) and told him that I would bring back the dishwasher. He told me he would take care of it on the 10th so I didn't bring back the dishwasher. Nothing was done on the 10th and he was hard to catch for the following days.
I was then told to contact customer service because he couldn't do anything. Customer service told me on the 19th (Sonia Clair) that she was sending a note to salesman without wanting to tell me what it was but that he would be able to take care of it.
I've tried to contact (phone + email) the salesman many time with no answer...
Today, May 3rd, customer service told me that the company policies don't offer to match prices after it's delivered, that I can return it if I want! Almost 1 month after... I should have done it right away, shame on me to trust the salesman and CAS.

This company is a joke! Avoid at all cost!
I ordered a dryer and agreed to get it picked up in a local store of them. First of all the did not inform about any time when the pickup is going to happen and second, later they informed me I can pick it up in a different than agreed store. When asked them to compensate their mistake and to cover the delivery fee to home they refused - said refund or delivery to another local store. This is not acceptable customer service and they merit zero clients.

I would never buy anything from this company ever again. We recently bought an LG washer/dryer from CAS. The first time we turned it on, the machine started banging so loudly that we had to shut it off right away. We tried to run in a few more times (using smaller laundry loads, gentle cycle, etc), however it would bang so uncontrollably that we couldn’t continue the laundry cycle. We called CAS and asked them to send someone over to take a look, as this seemed reasonable to us given that CAS provided the delivery and installation. The customer service rep was so rude over the phone and refused to provide any help as he claimed this was out of CAS’s control, and that we would have to get in touch with LG and get it fixed under warranty. What? We just received a brand new machine that we spent thousands of dollars on, and the company that sold it to us and installed it will take no responsibility?
We argued with CAS for more than a week, and finally they agreed to arrange an Lg technician to come review the machine. After 2 more weeks of no laundry, LG came and reviewed the machine, and reported that the machine was damaged badly upon delivery. The entire washing machine drum had dropped and damaged the springs, and the gasket was mangled as a result. He deemed it to be irreparable, and that CAS should exchange it for a new machine since it came broken upon delivery. We sent LG’s report to CAS 2 weeks ago, and we have been fighting with both companies, since neither one will deal with the exchange of this machine. CAS claims they are waiting on LG’s response (which I don’t even know what they’re responding to since they have already provided a report) and LG claims that CAS hasn’t contacted them. We are at a standstill and stuck with a washer/dryer that doesn’t work and haven’t been able to do laundry for the past month.
I am so deeply upset with the lack of customer service that CAS has provided. I am an architect and have dealt with many appliance distributors, and have never seen anything like this. I would never ever refer this company to anyone in the future. Their lack of responsibility and commitment to their customers is appalling, and I can’t fathom how they stay in business when they operate like this.
CAS - my family and I are begging you to deal with this problem. Just exchange the machine and deal with LG separately. No customer should ever have to be caught in the middle of supplier-manufacturer disputes. I have wasted a colossal amount of time dealing with your company, and I will never get that back.

Was intitially satisfied with service as the rep offered a bundle price to match that of competitors. Four days after the purchase, which was two days after the items were delivered, CAS substantially dropped the prices on all of the items. I contacted CAS, and it does not offer price protection on delivered items.
In the future, I will stick to the big chain competitors as they offer between 14 and 30 days of price protection.

Well, the most positive thing I can say is that they are willing to exchange and refund, but they should rename their after sales service "Customer, Don't Care". First over the range microwave ("new, unsealed") had the top and sides punched in when the installers opened the box - amazingly, the styrofoam packing with the glass tray sitting on top in the box was undamaged. The exchange took about 2 weeks. The installers returned, opened the box (again the foam with glass tray completely intact) and the microwave was out of its packaging lying face up with the electrical cord having chewed through the protective film damaging the door. CAS claims the products were factory new and that Panasonic is at fault. They were willing to approve yet another exchange but when I asked for them to have their installers come or to deliver for free given I had been through this twice, they were rude and aggressive. Back it goes. I will pay more from another store.

Warning - this is one of the most unethical retailers I've dealt with in a long time. I bought 6 new appliances from them for my condo and one of the items (washer/dryer unit) didn't fit. It was brand new and not ever installed. So I followed the salesman's instructions and the website directions for the exchange process and sent in a request form. I was willing to pay the 25% restocking fee, order the new item from them, and pay for additional shipping. I received generic responses back from their Exchange dept saying Sorry All Sales Are Final. It was never disclosed to me that anything I was buying was final sale otherwise I would not have taken the chance. They were not clearance items and the salesman said that their policy is that 'the price is the price' and they assure the best price as a general practice. Their customer service was helpless, and after multiple attempts to correct this, I never got to reach a real human in their mysterious Exchange dept. Why do they even have a Exchange dept and process when they consider all transactions to be final? I will be incurring heavy losses and hassles from reselling the item myself, and I have ordered the replacement item from another retailer. I will never deal with this company again!!!

The worst retailer (not only for appliances) in Canada - at least from our experience.
On April 30th we bought in the store dishwasher Bosch and fridge Samsung RF26HFENDSR ($1499.99). The fridge was delivered on July 6th and delivery crew found that the fridge did not fit our opening. They insisted that I should accept the delivery and later contact the store to request exchange to smaller model. I have two witnesses of the conversation. However my request to exchange was denied (even that I agreed to pay 25% of restocking fee, that they charge for any return, even unpacked and unused item. The reason for the denial - I accepted delivery. When I tried to explained to the employee (by the way I don't know her title and last name; she signed only as Katelyn, from return authorisation department), that I was instructed to accept it by their crew, so It was a result of misinformation. However she answered with ridiculous argument, that they don't have any indication that the item didn't fit (though I asked the delivery guys to write it in the bill, and he promised to do it). So what other reason could force me the same day to ask exchange and be ready to pay 25% fine? So at the end she refused to allow return of the fridge, so right now I remained with large fridge in the middle of my room, that I will be forced to sell for any amount on Kijiji. Today I bought already from Costco the same model that I was ready to receive from Canadian Appliance Source (with free delivery, the same price, 2-years warranty and free 90-days return!). I think that such attitude to the customer needs (even as a result of its unintended mistake) is damaging both to me as a customer, and to the store (they didn't receive 25% fine for one model, while still profiting from the sell, and now they will receive a lot of negative publicity from me).
