I had an exceptionally bad experience with this company. They said they were coming the day before. I was not at home and was told the pole had already been installed. When I got home, I saw it had not been installed. The contractor called to ask why it hadnt been done, and they said that they had gotten lost and would come in the morning. The next morning they did come out and install the pole, but it was the wrong equipment. We had requested a 3 prong outlet but they installed two prong outlets. We couldn’t use that, so we had our contractor contact them and tell them that we needed a different outlet. Apparently, they were upset, but agreed to fix it whenever they had time. We still needed the pole to be inspected and I had asked the guys roughly how long it would take for an inspection. They shrugged me off and said I don’t know. My husband called the county to ask about the process and how long it would take. This made the owner angry (my husband asking how the process worked), and he called the contractor and said he quit and was taking the temporary pole back. The same men pulled up onto my property and told me they were taking the equipment back, and I asked them to wait so I could contact the owner and find out what was going on. They gave me the same “I don’t care” attitude and said they were pulling the pole. I told them they were trespassing and needed to leave and things got heated. One of the men started yelling at me and cursing. Apparently they are coming back today to get their equipment, but at this point I have no intention of continuing working with them. I would not recommend this company. They were late, unprofessional, and I’m honestly scared about the two sketchy men coming back on my property since I live in the middle of nowhere.
