Landlord used this company to repair wiring that didn’t meet code. I was instructed to not be in home during service. Came home to everything that had been moved hadn’t been put back. Wire scraps left all over the place. A broken couch and a broken dresser in my living room. Everything else they left where they took out but they tried to put the two broken items back close to where they found them, even propped up the dresser on its broken leg. They didn’t even report the damages in their end of the day report to my landlord. The next day after reporting damage and mess, the solo tech who was on site by himself and his manager who wasn’t onsite wanted to look at the damages before my landlord arrived, I told them I wasn’t comfortable since he was the one that hired them. The manager insisted, I let them in and they tried to pressure me for numbers on what would make it right. The dresser was antique and sentimental I told him a number for the couch but I told him I have no idea on the dresser. He tried to pressure me and when I didn’t give him a number and told him to please stop giving me excuses on how and why it happened, he told me he was just trying to make it right and he wasn’t going to apologize again. I told them to please leave my house until the landlord arrived that I was done talking to them. Landlord has arrived and is making sure my items get fixed. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Did good work. Matt is a treat to speak with and has great communication skills. Enjoyed working with them.

Used this company for 2 remodels. On both projects they did an exceptional job. I would have preferred better communication.
