Even though Fernando and Gustavo were knowledgeable and friendly, I payed $380 for an incomplete job. Only my wireless is partially working and the long list of things I needed to complete is still pending (camera system, sonos, nest carbon detectors,etc) it takes me weeks to speak with them to schedule an appointment. They text me saying they will call me soon and nothing happens.... I’m really getting tired and wish I could call someone more reliable, but they know my hands are tight since they were the ones who installed the whole house system with the previous owner.

The team at Zero Nine has been great to work with. They have helped setup my home for high speed internet, both wired and wireless. We also have automated lighting, audio and video distribution throughout the house. Disclaimer. I have known the owner for many years, we had recently connected because of the work I saw him posting. I have referred a couple projects to him and everyone is very happy with the team's professionalism, pricing and workmanship.

i bought a Lennar home it comes with the intelligent system Savant, automating only two lights, the thermostat of the air conditioner, a camera and the lock of the door, I decided to incorporate a sound system, televisions, 2 additional cameras and a DVR, but to do so zero nine took more than 2 months additional to the date we had agreed, the DVR never worked and a camera did not work properly, there I began to call to zero nine for correcting problems and two years later zero nine have not solved anything, the problem was aggravated when I changed the Internet provider 5 months ago and from that date I have only received a visit from a technician and have not returned, it is impossible to communicate via telephone with the company, I leave messages and no one responds. In short the service is the worst I've ever had.

Zero nine is a great company they resolved all my audio video needs. If you want custom audio video in your house and want it to work right use these guys.
