Alberto, Owner of Wall Mount Tronics, came highly recommended to me, because I wanted to upgrade my Home Entertainment System. Not being tech savvy with the latest in Home Theatre, I had genuine concerns regarding what would best meet my needs and budget. My worries vanished from my initial conversation with Alberto. The in-home consultation, (which is free), included measurements, assessments, recommended electronics, and cost, together with Alberto's INNOVATIVE and CREATIVE ideas, to maximize the Entertainment System to its fullest potential!!! Throughout the consultation, I found Alberto to be ORGANIZED, THOROUGH, ATTENTIVE, and PATIENT, answering my tech questions with an explanation easily understood. The required Home Theatre equipment, including proper cables and hardware, was purchased by Alberto, on my behalf, which I discovered to be of FIRST CLASS QUALITY within my budget. Together, with his EQUALLY TALENTED right-hand man, Gerry, the installation commenced. The former TV mounted above my fireplace, was a horror story of endless wires, loose cables, and multiple holes in the wall. Not to be deterred, Alberto and Gerry worked their MAGIC, and all was miraculously TRANSFORMED into an AESTHETICALLY PLEASING Home Theatre!!! They further surpassed their work by integrating my entire Entertainment System into ONLY ONE REMOTE, including a tutorial on how to utilize same!!! Changing circumstances led me to hire Wall Mount Tronics for the second time. Even though I suspect my job was "small fry" compared to most of Alberto's larger customers, he could not have been more attentive to my needs. He and his assistant, Gerry, performed all the electronic connections and setup required. A small problem encountered was handled with ease and competence. These guys are not only true professionals, they are warm and personable as well. Don't look any further for your electronic installations!

Man did I stumble into a skookum deal. After googling "who installs TV wall mounts" I got in touch with the first company on the list, Vancity HD. The person on the other end of the phone was so rude I hung up and called the second company on the list, Wall Mount Tronics. Because i have so many components, my ultimate goal was to make all the wires and cables "invisible". Alberto said he would come by the following day to give me an estimate. He explained the process and the cost and we set a date for installation. Alberto showed up a week later with Jerry, his partner in crime. Not only do I have two large 4K HD TV's now mounted in the living room and bedroom with hidden speakers, components and most importantly, not a wire or cable in sight. Not only does it look so "clean" but the installation has increased the value of my condo several times more than the cost of installation. I cannot recommend Wall Mount Tronics highly enough. Ive called Alberto to mount and sound bar on two different occasions and I'll definitely be using his services every time I need to move. We recently finished building our new home and needed our TV's installed on the wall, as well as the media room, living room and master bedroom wired to our home theater system. Alberto and his team were amazing! Since the moment they arrived they covered the area and ensured everything was neat and tidy at all times. In the media room they hooked up a screen, a projector and five other systems. Everything worked perfectly through a remote control they supplied. In the living room and master bedroom they hooked up the TV's and entertainment systems. Work was done to the highest standards and the customer service was impeccable. They took the time to explain and trained me with all the necessary information to enjoy my new system. I have been using Wall Mount Tronics for many years and have recommended them to family and friends. Thanks again for a job well done.

I was in a bit of a pickle a few weeks ago because I wanted to have a complete home theatre system installed in my living room, but didn't know how to go about getting it done. What was even more difficult is that I live with my parents so the living room is technically not mine and I had the daunting task of convincing my mother to go along with everything. So I started to do some research to see who could help me get this done. I didn't want to go with Best Buy because they were really expensive so I looked around online. I came across WallMountTronics and I thought I'd take a look. I saw all the testimonials and reviews and thought, wow this company could probably help me. Alberto and Gerry did more than help, they transformed my living room into the home theatre system I've always wanted! In fact, they transformed it into the living room I never knew I wanted. I say this because they knew what I wanted better than I did. Not only were they able to mount my television in this built in alcove (which was a lot of work), they also installed a 5.1 surround sound system in my living room complete with in-wall speakers for zero clutter. (By the way, the fact that Alberto was able to convince my mother to put holes in our walls for the in-wall speakers made it already worth the money I paid). They also installed a wireless kit too so there's no cable connecting the back speakers to the front ones. I was already more than happy at this point, but Alberto found a shelf design to mount all my boxes (receiver, blu-ray player, karaoke, set-top box etc) in the bottom alcove. It looks so clean and professionally done. He then came up with the idea for a universal remote which they programmed for me and everything. Another excellent idea to reduce all the clutter of 5 remotes out at once. I've received so many compliments not only on the whole entertainment system but also on how my living room was transformed. Alberto and Gerry also stayed after everything was installed to make sure everything was working. They patiently taught me how to use the new system along with the new remote. As complicated as the work was, it was surprisingly easy to use everything once installed. All in all, Alberto mounted my new television, installed a 5.1 surround sound speakers set (two speakers in-wall), connected everything to the new receiver, programmed a universal remote, assembled and installed a shelving system which they also had to mount. This was a lot of work but never once did I feel they were rushing. They paid meticulous attention to detail and I could tell that they took pride in their work. They were also very clean and didn't leave any mess. I highly recommend WallMountTronics to anyone who needs a TV mounted or a home theatre set up. My mother is the hardest person to impress and Alberto and Gerry did just that. I don't think anyone could have done better.

We are moving into a new condo and needed two new TVs, and since we had used Alberto in the past, and been very impressed with his superb service, we knew who to call. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and professional, and the bonus is that he is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet! He helped us find the right brand and size of TVs for our new place and mounted them beautifully, we couldn't be happier! He is coming back after we move in and our cable boxes are hooked up to apply the finishing touches and make sure no wires will be showing. Alberto's fees are reasonable, and he is very reliable, did the work in a timely fashion, and always showed up when he said he would. We have relatives and friends who have also used Alberto, and they are as thrilled as we are with his superior level of service. We always recommend Alberto to everyone we know!

Alberto and Gerry were recommended to me. They did an excellent job on mounting my 3 TVs and setting up my entire sound system with one of them. They are very respectful, clean and did a wonderful job in protecting my new flooring and furniture. Alberto and Gerry are very professional, they are also good communicators.
