I hired Mr. David Dutton of Sound By Design to install a sound system in my home. The project was installation of a Wi-Fi stereo system in 5 rooms and the outside porch. He installed a sound system by the name of NuVo. Upon completion of the project, none of the rooms receive sound consistently. The Wi-Fi is constantly cutting out every 2-3 seconds. I have tried contacting Mr. Dutton to resolve the issue, to no avail. I am currently in the process of taking him to small claims count, and just found out that the address he was using as his business address is not correct. Hence I will have to try and find him, as well as pay an addition fee to serve him the papers for small claims court. Do NOT use this unprofessional. Mr. David A. Culak
