We are sorry to see you that you are so upset with outcome of your experience with us. We did everything in our power to accommodate you and your husband and give you the best quality service. Unfortunately, we do not see eye to eye on the experience that transpired.

When we began working with your husband on January 19th, we respected his decision to communicate solely through email, not over the phone. We spent a lot of time with your husband going back and forth approximately 20 times via email to answer all of his questions in depth. This resulted in us coming to a mutual agreement of how we would service you and your husband, which was an installation at your complex. From there, we scheduled the installation with your husband. We were then informed that your property management required a COI in order for us to complete the project. At that point, we immediately asked your husband to send us a sample of their requirements so we could complete the work. When we did not receive it within three days, we followed up with your husband. Unfortunately, we did not receive the sample COI until the day before the scheduled installation, which did not leave us enough time to confirm project details mandatory by law with the project manager. From that point, we responded to your husband’s email telling him we will need to reschedule the installation. He called us around 2:30 pm the day before the installation and explained he couldn't rescheduled the installation, in which we offered him to move the appointment to two hours later on the same day to give us extra time to finalize details with the project manager. We understand that this was not the original time scheduled, but the situation was out of our hands as the project manager needed to review the COI and give us the go ahead to do the installation. We tried to accommodate you the best we could by scheduling the installation the same day, but a couple hours later. After this correspondence, your husband mentioned he would use a different company. To further accommodate your husband and his wishes, we said if he was more comfortable using another company it is his choice.

We are sorry you were not open to pushing the installation back a few hours and truly apologize if it caused any inconvenience to you and you husband. At Signature Audio Video Systems, our ultimate goal is to not only provide excellent service, but to create lasting relationships with all of our customers. We regret that our time with you and your husband did not result in this outcome and we wish you all the best on your project.
