Joe and his team from Savage Concepts did an outstanding job with installing a complete Savant system in our house. The install project included televisions, speakers, cameras, fire/smoke detectors, iPads and full equipment cabinet inside the house. In addition, the install project included speakers, cameras and television for the outside patio area. Joe has been available to address any questions and work to solve a few internet problems 24/7. Mr Salvaggio installed our media room and entertainment system throughout our house. He paid attention to every detail and patiently explained how this streamlined system works. He simplified what I thought would be complicated/complex, and he remains accessible for questions and service after the sale.

Installed a complete Savant system on our home. We went with an upgraded theater and the new outdoor sound system. Work was explained prior to installation and the education process was top notch. The only problem we had was Comcast. His technician must have spent 2 days getting those idiots at Comcast's to fix the problem we had with the fiber. The techs never complained about it, they said that this is they way Comcast treats all the AV guys. I completely understand. I have sent Savage to several of my friends that had other companies install systems in their homes. The problem they had was their AV company would not educate them how the system works. They just told them to go on line. Joe took the time and went to their home and went through the entire system. The best thing is he did it for free. You don't see that very often. Great company to work with.
