Matt was fantastic from start to finish. We started with an initial consultation call, to which he followed up with a detailed overview of the system set up and product recommendations that he suggested that would meet our goals and fit within our budget. This was followed by a visit to our house to confirm everything and walk my wife and I through what to expect. Once we decided to move forward, everything went as smooth as I could have ever expected. Matt was meticulous in the setup of all of our components in the main TV theater room, which included surround sound, in-ceiling speakers and set up of a number of AV components that are controlled by a universal remote. He also mounted tv's in two other rooms, which required some electrical work to ensure that the finished look was clean. Everything Matt assured me of was executed with perfection. As a final touch, Matt worked to optimize our wifi to ensure maximum coverage to all TV's for streaming Netflix and Pandora. Probably the most important aspect of Matt's service was the ability to reach him with any follow up questions and the follow up visit that he made about four weeks after the installation of our components. This gave us the right amount of time to get comfortable with the system and see what we wanted to tweak to fit our needs. I would recommend NewCom and Matt without reservation. My wife and I felt very comfortable with him in our home while doing the work and his attention to detail is second to none. Matt clearly takes pride in his work and makes sure that every detail is covered.
