Chris, Tevin, Alex and the Magnolia Team did a fantastic job developing and populating our Media Room. I can sincerely say that my wife and I have never met such a professional, customer focussed team as this. It was as important to Chris and his Team to install the equipement, as it was to follow up afterwards, to make sure we were still happy with it. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and consider that we were so fortunate to have chosen Magnolia to fit our Media Room. So what do we have after it was fitted?... Perfection my friends, absolute Perfection... We have a screen resolution that beats any Cinema we have been to, In 3D and 2D....because Magnolia installed the:-... 110" Black Diamond screen, a Connect 4 control system, 7.1 Surround sound with fabulous Sonus Faber Venere 3.0 speakers and the deepest of of bases from the huge Balanced Force-212 sub-woofer, all supported by the awesome JVC 3D projector. Thank you Magnolia... your Webster Team are THE BEST.

Chris Druckenbrodt and the Magnolia Audio Video team did a great job of designing and installing the media equipment in both our Family Room with whole house speakers, and our Media Room. Each room includes the receiver, speakers, Blu-ray players, and a 130" screen and wide screen projector in the Media Room. Throughout the process we were able to take advantage of some of Magnolia's sale equipment and special offers. Chris selected great equipment within our budget and the installation team did a very professional job of installation. It looks and sounds great! Extremely meticulous with the cord management, every cable is labeled and wrapped to the right length. Chris was involved in the process all the way through the installation and check-out to make sure that all was right! He did the final sound check. A minor change (System add) required a call back and the install team went out of their way to come back to support our completion. The Control 4 systems included with the Family and Media Rooms both work great to control all the equipment and even the lights. They can be controlled with an iPhone or iPad. Chris is a very nice and professional young man and it was a pleasure to work with him!

Magnolia installed large screen wall mounted tv and associated home theater components, ie, surround amplifier, blue ray player, Control 4 remote control system and 6 speakers in living room. Installed large screen tv, dvd player and wii in game room. Installed wall mounted tv and dvd player in shop. Engineered system and did all wiring and installation including cable tv vendor components on all three systems. Chris did an excellent job. He is an extremely knowledgeable AV/IT vendor and help us determine the best options for our new home from the myriad that are available and just how the installation would proceed in our home (which was very important to me). He visited with us in our home as part of the proposal process and he returned to follow up as installation was going on and afterward. He has been very accessible for questions and help not only at startup but ongoing. He has returned calls to me even when he was not on duty. I would most definitely go back to him for any additional AV system additions we might ever need and surely would recommend him and the rest of the Magnolia team.

My wife and I went to purchase surround sound for our home when we were directed to Chris (sales rep). He was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and also professional. We looked at various options and opted for a more pragmatic B&W sound bar. The team (called me within a couple of days to schedule installation) who installed our sound bar did an excellent job with the work, they were also very efficient and professional. We were so satisfied with the level of service by provided by Chris that we decided to all Magnolia to mount another television in our home (looks very clean and professional). I will definitely be returning to Magnolia for my future home audio/video needs.

Chris did an excellent job helping me decide on the type of home theater system that would be best for my room. He did not add in any unneeded extras. He came out to my house before the project and after the project to make sure that everything was done correctly. I highly recommend him.

Installed complete media room. Excluding the wiring. Media rom came with 7.1 wiring but magnolia istaled all the required equipment including a Xbob 1

They did a very good job and were very helpful. They gave bids, came out to see where the system would be placed. They honored what they promised and finished on time.
