We recently had the privilege of working with HSS team to upgrade our Control 4 home automation system. They did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted out of the system. They completed the upgrade on time and kept us apprised of progress (we were out of town). When we came back they were there to go over our new system and quickly made any tweaks that we wanted. I would highly recommend working with the team at HSS.

We used HSS for our home/office audio and video set up and the work they did was amazing. Not only are they very knowledgeable about the products they work with, but they also have a great deal of experience and expertise in customizing the systems to match the settings they are going into. HSS designed and installed a full home automation and AV system as part of a new home construction. Throughout all phases of the project, from design/scoping/costing, to installation, to final fine tuning, I found HSS to be a great partner. Second install completed by HSS, they upgraded a previous install and added on an additional system in our new flex room. All systems are working together great, throughout the entire home. With Apple products integrated and easily talking to the system makes it for a super easy use, including my 4 year old. The HSS team is on time, extremely clean and worked closely together with our contractor and subs. Additional questions were answered quickly and little fixes were completed over time and monitored without even knowing I had them. Some of the best professionals in town.

The trio @ HSS are so knowledgeable , so professional, completely up to date and are perfectionists. They will not quit until their clients are totally satisfied. The first product they installed just was not compatible and so they totally replaced it with a different product. They will tweak and fine tune until you are perfectly happy. They will come out as often as needed to either train you on the technology , show you the features of the products or fix any problems. I highly recommend them for anyone wishing to upgrade their stereos or home theater systems

HSS replaced a 4 year old AV system installed in our custom home built in 2013. Project is superior in workmanship and performance in every aspect. Team was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, timely and they even cleaned up after themselves!! These guys are crazy smart but at the same time are excellent teachers willing to go the speed of the client which for this non technical person was sometimes painfully slow.

I contacted HSS to update an old system in my home. Lawrence gave me several options from working with my old system to installing a new one. I went with the new system and very glad I did. HSS fit me in their schedule and did the install while I was on a work trip. Being in the building and real estate business I see a lot of installs and they definitely did an excellent job and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We have worked with HSS on several occasions providing cabinetry for their audio systems. Details were well thought out in advance and everything went well. When I'm involved with a cabinet system concerning TV and audio, if I have any concerns or want advice, I go to them and get the help I need. I have found them to be friendly, very knowledgeable and easy to work with, ending with excellent results.

We recently completed our new home in Bend, OR, and hired HSS before we started building to automate our house. We are so glad we did. Lawrence, Robert and Brenden are wonderful to work with and really know what they are doing. They always listened to what we wanted and never tried to oversell us. They completely wired our house for music in every room, six televisions, heat and ac controls, window coverings, lighting, fireplaces, fans and three control panels. Plus we can control everything with our phones or on any tv screen. One cool feature is that the blinds are automated to come down when the sun hits the windows whether we are home or not, but we have too many cool features to list! They gave us an awesome, theater quality media room and great sounding music throughout. These guys are terrific to work with. They respond immediately when we have a question, even on weekends. You will love working with HSS.

Before we moved from WA to OR, we contacted HSS to get ideas for incorporating a media room into the home we had just purchased. Lawrence Fisher was quite easy to work with and listened to what was important to us-as well as what was not. We gave him a budget, and he worked very hard to give us a top-quality room for that price. Additionally, he gave us information regarding our new city. His crew was quite knowledgeable and respectful of our walls and other furnishings. Their contractors were superb. Great company! The sound quality is unbelievable..
