BIGWAVE A/V - Networking - Security - Lighting

I've held off writing this negative review as long as I could. Bottom line, do not provide Dave Calderon (owner) or BigWave A/V or Calderon Low Voltage the honor of your business. This company's inability to execute on the basics of customer service (i.e. return a phone call or text or show up as planned) or meet the lowest standard of honesty (i.e. provide a refund for work not completed) is unacceptable. As a veteran and graduate of West Point, I take people's word to heart and expect them to choose the harder right over the easier wrong. While Dave claims to be a veteran as well (not sure if this is true) he and his company, in my experience, did not learn these same principles or have forgotten them. Buyer beware, do not be fooled by the other 5-Star reviews of this company you may see elsewhere on-line and at a minimum do not provide any more than the smallest of deposits to start a job. I hope that my "learning" experience will help you and your family avoid a similar disappointing result. Best- Chance
