I've known Greg for a dozen years. When we built our house, Greg and Mark wired the whole thing. They were early advocates for the Sonos systems and we had them install them, speakers, and a half dozen TVs throughout the house. They also designed and filled a space for all of the equipment, receivers, drivers, internet switches, etc., hidden from view. They set it all up in a way that I could easily modify the system and help myself address minor issues. A few years after a lightning strike in the alley near our house fried many AV components, Greg and Mark stepped up and in to troubleshoot and replace everything, and documented the replacements so I could easily obtain a full payment from the insurer. Over the years, both have helped in upgrading the equipment. Greg is always available for a quick text when I have questions about the system and advice on upgrades. If you want white glove service from knowledgeable guys who take pride in their work -- and who doesn't want that!? -- then AV Integration Group is going to be a smart spend.

We've had a great experience with AVI. They do really good work on the initial installation and very responsive to questions and quick to help with minor glitches that occur from time to time. We had them install our AV system as well as our blinds.

Excellent experience. Team was professional and responsive. System install was done on schedule and everything worked well right from the start. This is my second Control4 install (2 different houses) and this one was much smoother with fewer post-installation gremlins (none-so far!). Definitely did not feel the high pressure sales that I felt with other Control4 installers. The team listened well and were willing to work with me to get what I wanted. On the flip side, there were times I would have liked them to bring a little more of recommendation on which equipment (speakers, tvs) to buy based on their knowledge. But that is minor... and I am grateful that it didn't feel they were pushing things on me. Highly recommend.

Greg and his team setup a Control4 system to control all of our TV'S, thermostats, alarm, Sonos and Lutron lights. They were thorough, neat, and patient with questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

AV Integration is a great company. They prewired my new home, and then installed all of my audio and TV components. This was completed back in 2007 Whenever I needed to update items, they were quick to respond. The guys are great and extremely knowledgeable. If there was a problem, the guys were quick to set an appointment. Sometimes I just called them, and they helped my solve the problem. Their work quality is excellent. Their advice regarding purchases were within my budget. I gave them my highest recommendation.

AV Integration Group provided great assistance incorporating a hard-wired Sonos system into our gut rehab in 2011, along with other television technology. They also were quite helpful when a nephew put a Wii controller through our plasma TV -- requiring a replacement. Cost estimates were accurate and service was timely.

Top Level Company! Knowledgeable about the latest products with old fashion service level! From initial consultation to after install service, this company is 5+ stars. They did not oversell, the listen to your needs, make excellent suggestions with educational facts for your understanding, do what they promise and are there after install to continue the impeccable service level. A year after install, we had an issue, called, and they were on it ASAP. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

it was a total pleasure to work with Greg and Mark of AV Integration Group. We remodeled a 2700 square foot apartment, and Greg and Mark worked directly with the architect and contractor to design and install all wiring for computers/TVs/ Sonos. I have been working with this company for about 10 years, since we renovated our family room. AV Integration Group set up our speakers and surround sound, helped us choose a new flat screen, incorporated the sound system and combined all controls into one of their custom remote controls. As the years (and technology) progressed, AV Integration came back to help me add Apple TV and sync it with their remote too. Their customer service is very good.. It's a very small company. Basically one guy doing the tech stuff and one handling the business end. They do top quality work. Not inexpensive, but well worth it.
