In simple words he can make any imagination of theatre come true . The best part is the support , it’s like 24/7 . You call Jack any time and he responds and fixes the problem with a smile . Context: Design and install whole house A/V and home control system plus upgrades over time. Quality, attention to detail, superb performance, ease of use and promptness of service to address questions or issues were key criteria. Hit the target on all the above. Had a lot of fun with the end results. Installers and new manager were excellent to work with - very knowledgable, LISTENED CAREFULLY TO OUR PROJECT NEEDS AND OFFERED OPTIONS ON HOW TO BEST ACHIEVE GOALS both upfront and along the way and stay within budget. Never felt pressured on sales. Courteous, on-time, respectful of us and our property. Did a nice job integrating various brands of equipment to work together. We had problems with the software and one component of a new release of control system that was difficult to pinpoint as the issues would come and go. Even though this was a longer term issue and the manufacturers warranty expired, Premovation stood by their work and we were able to resolve the problems including replacement of a defective piece of hardware. Best compliment I can give - they are designing and installing the system in our new home currently being built. They are easy to work with and helped make the design and rough-in phase a breeze with great suggestions on meeting both current and future needs for us. Looking forward to having my new system up and running.

We knew about Premovation from when they had a retail store in downtown Holland. The word quality was what we always came away with, so when we decided to upgrade our audio/video components at our cottage in Saugatuck, we chose them to consult about what would best fit our needs. Having a primary home that is 2 hours away, it was important for us to have the trust in a company that would not only deliver the very best of currently available products but also handle the installation of everything in such a way that seamlessly blended into our existing home. And if that wasn't enough, they went the extra distance assisting us with tutoring us (multiple times) on how to use the new equipment, removing the old furniture and doing extra electrical work that was needed.
