Before we decided to go ahead with the renovation we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on google and we knew that they do a good job . They sent out a design person and he came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but their quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I went on line and found Aaa Build and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to Daniel about giving us a quote . Peter came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a quote. I simply asked Peter what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said "everything". I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Aaa Build was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. Daniel turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects of the renovation . The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel or renovationn, give Daniel a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Aaa Have done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The team at Aaa Build are amazing! Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous! My wife finally found Aaa Build. Daniel (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to renovate our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Aaa Build. The actual work finally came. We met Daniels son, Nat, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. Aaa Build completed our Master Bathroom renovation and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the renovation until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick renovation once they start. Daniel was our contact and he was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Peter was our project manager and was always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept the project running smoothly. Mark did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Illias did a great job with the cabinets. I renovated my bathroom as an owner occupier in a small market entry level apartment. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I had spent a year shopping for a builder and found it extremely difficult until I came across AAA build by chance on hi pages. A lot of companies would over quote or never respond as my job was kind of low to mid tier. AAA Build were quick to respond. Price was transparent. Communicated every step of the way. Most importantly they were patient and friendly. I had no idea what I was doing and didn’t take advantage of this. I know my patchwork bathroom floor was an unexpected challenge, but they took it on. Sadly some of their workers had Covid during the build which meant it took longer, but this was not their fault and they went out of their way to work around my deadline for move in. I appreciated this so much. 5/5 would highly recommend and use them again!

AAA Build were fantastic with our bathroom / laundry renovation. Renovating an older property always has it's structural challenges as you never know what's behind the wall or under the floor until you have a look. Keith (the builder) was able to detect the problem immediately and provide a remediation strategy that did not significantly delay the project. All trades were skilful and courteous and the scheduling worked well in most cases. Marc oversaw the project and was always contactable and responded in very quick time. I would be more than happy to recommend their work and would engage them again in the future. It was a renovation that was delivered with a minimum amount of stress. relatively on budget and on time.

This was such a good experience with a very professional team! Daniel and his assistant showed up a little late only because they had been detained by a major traffic accident. The job consisted of removing an old tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. The work started exactly when I was told it would .All the trades were very courteous and respectful of our home. Instead of a two-day job, they finished in 10 hours, working steadily and making sure everything was done completely and thoroughly. The end result was such a stunning, beautiful shower! These guys did a fantatstic job, my one bedroom flat was in dire need of repairs with some rather unusual faults including some water damage that was the result of leakage over about 20 years (my estimate). Due to a few surprize problems along the way we had a minor budget blowout but these guys didn't just go and fix things without consulatation. Daniel and Marc were very professional in their approach at every step of the way so I have no hesitation in recommending theses guys to anyone.

I engaged Daniel and AAA Build to build my first development at 3 Clauscen St Templestowe. It was a 2 townhouse development, from the start to finish I have nothing but praise for AAA Build, Daniel and his team, and the whole build process.
