Nancy Flaugher - I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and I’ve been a designer at Williams for over 15 years. With all the products Williams offers, it’s easy to assist all types of customers. I regularly interact with lots of different people throughout the course of the day, whether at the office or visiting job sites. One of my biggest joys is helping young families design their kitchens where many future memories will be made.
