ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Mark and Gary took their time and catered to my needs.My material was ordered properly and arrived in a timely fashion. Measurements taken were correct as to leaving no excess material. This not being my first remodel I was amazed at the professionalism and ability to work around my schedule.

Very helpful and courteous in planning stages. Did not hire them because I had to put project on hold. May go back to them.

My wife and I had our kitchen remodeled. Frank and his team were terrific. They were creative, professional and efficient. Franks suggestions were perfect and we are VERY happy with the result. I recommend them without resevation.

My husband and I contracted Frank of Timeless Design to do a complete redesign of my kitchen & adjoining rooms. The construction was finished in a timely manner. I would not recommend anyone to step foot in this store. I was having my kitchen done and I waited 10 months and came to find out my cabinets were never ordered! I took off work to wait at home for the cabinets to be delivered to my house.

It was a pleasure to work with Frank at Timeless to install a new cabinet section in my kitchen. I was rearranging my kitchen and didn't want to do a complete overhaul. They found a very close match for the cabinets that were out of stock and installed it in time for a big holiday dinner. I will work with them on future project for sure!

Most beautiful showroom I have seen in the area. They remodeled my kitchen in a very timely manner and I couldn't be happier. It came out so much better then I ever expected.

We originally went to Timeless Design Center to order cabinets because a friend of ours got their cabinets from them. The best thing was that they completely redesigned our kitchen - we never thought of changing it, but it came out so much better this way. Timeless redid my master bath and it came out great. Two years ago we moved to LI from the City and purchased our first home, which needed a complete overhaul. We gutted the second floor, added a bedroom and redid master bath. Timeless was a recommendation from a work colleauge who had work done by them immediately after Sandy. I came into our inital meeting with plenty of pictures and ideas from houzz and other magazines/websites, and Frank led me to right choices for my space while also showing me new products I didn't even know existed. The showroom is huge with a great selection of displays, and neatly organized samples. They work with a ton of upscale and affordable vendors so I was able to pick and choose which aspects of the bath I wanted to splurge and save on. This is key because you either have to work with basic boring stock from big box retailers, or only high end materials. They had both, and were able to find me things and build custom peices. There are many choices when shopping for a new bath, and they were inviting and patient with me as I poured over samples and picked out materials. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted for a bathroom and the final result is very close to what I had imagined. I am sharing the upstairs master bath with my two children so I needed alot of cabinet space to hide the clutter. Frank custom designed cabinets that are beautiful, functional, and most importantly, out of reach from my young children. The molding and craftsmanship are exquisite and he had taken my original design and made it into more than I had previously thought I had space for. The final product is a gorgeous white bathroom. Timeless did all work from demolition to installation. Scheduling for construction was easy and they even worked on weekends when we asked them to. Since the bathroom cabinets came out so well that they are getting ready to build custom cabinets and a vanity in my bedroom. I showed Frank about 20 pictures from my houzz ideabook just in passing and now a few weeks later we are about to start construction. I'm very excited to start on my kitchen renovation this spring with them. Overall it has been a calm and reliable experience.

I think that this was the most complete and prettiest showroom in Nassau County. They have a lot of variety and the salesperson I spoke with was very knowledgeable. When I'm ready to do my kitchen I will definitely be going back.
