Keith Quiggins is a great professional and definitely one of the most talented and creative designers I have ever met. He is very detail oriented and is always looking for the best solutions for his clients. He's always up to date on new products and new technology, which is really important for our market. I would highly recommend Keith and his company Rococo & Taupe for projects.

We did a whole-home remodel with Keith. The upside is that he's a talented designer. We love practically everything about the house. The one little thing we don't like is not leaving room in the bathrooms for the bath towel bars, which leaves only hooks. This leaves them always smelling funky. That's a small knock, but the actual issue (and thus the 1 star) is that he has no follow-through which is something you MUST have for this kind of business. For example, he sub'd out the drafting to someone else (RLP), but didn't check their work carefully. The windows in the kitchen ended up being 3'6" instead of 36" and thus are a bit too big, and so the tile doesn't go all around the window so things look out of place. The biggest issue by far is how he dealt with bad screw-up by the cabinet company (Woodland). This was after he inexplicably waited a whole month to put in our order with them after we signed off on everything. It was worsened by the fact that the company also hit a huge backorder log and was another 6 weeks late on top of the 8 weeks that were promised. This forced us to move out of our house and spend 2 months of living in an Airbnb. Although much of the cabinet order did come in, quite a few pieces were either missing or completely wrong. This was back in September 2015, when the first pieces arrived. Since then, it has been a complete failure on Keith's part to finish. He has missed deadline after deadline for almost a *whole calendar year*. He consistently blamed the cabinet company, but at several points we asked for options and all he could come up with was to wait (we paid in full for the cabinets at order time). Although I'm sure the company takes a bunch of the blame, he failed to actually check the manifest for what was missing as at times when we would go over what the company is "shipping real soon" it was missing things that were discovered missing last August/September. We requested someone else to finish the job at multiple times in this process, but he kept stalling and asking to wait, he'll call the company tomorrow, etc.. It is August 2016, and we placed our order with him in May 2015. Yes, that's 15 MONTHS. We still don't have our pieces but are moving on from Keith and will find someone else to finish the project as waiting for over a calendar year to complete a cabinet order is beyond unbelievable. So, I would highly recommend you stay away from this business. Keith is a good designer and a nice guy, but is terrible to do business with.

They have very professional employees and great provide design! I would highly recommend them to anyone. The do full bath/kitchens as well as full service interior design.

Keith is a pleasure to work with and his ideas are unique. You will come home to a beautiful kitchen everyday when Keith designs it! He is a true design professional with extensive knowledge in the home remodeling industry. Rococo & Taupe is the best choice for kitchen remodeling. One visit to Keith's showroom is all it took to know I was in the right place.

Keith had an uncompromising eye for detail and design. He is also successful at designing many different styles from contemporary to traditional to eclectic. His advice is always spot on. This is the second project he's handled for us. Both were stunning.

We feel very lucky to have had Keith Quiggins as our kitchen designer for our recent kitchen/hallway/office remodel (July 2013-November 2013). We have no regrets and are so happy with our layout and design choices. My husband and I did a lot of research prior to our design meetings and we had plenty of ideas. I saved hundreds of pictures on Houzz and made notes of features that I wanted in my kitchen and features that I absolutely did not want. We conveyed our wishes to Keith and he made our dreams come true! We didn’t take down walls or grow the square footage of the kitchen but it sure feels like we did. We would have never achieved our end result without Keith’s knowledge of cabinet options. He really listened to our needs and clearly understood how we would use the space. Our hallway of lockers works brilliantly, with each family member having their own space for “stuff” and this has resulted in less clutter in the kitchen. Keith has years of experience, we trusted his design decisions and we are thrilled with our new space!

Keith Quiggins at Rococo & Taupe helped us design a custom built in for our living room. He not only helped us design it from scratch, but he was a great resource for choosing materials, finish, and trimming the whole piece out to make it exactly what I wanted within a budget I could afford. I've been working with Melissa Nierman for the last year on an extensive remodel of my small house. Initially I just was looking for a kitchen designer to augment the services of my architect, but my relationship with Melissa has expanded to her designing my bathrooms and acting as a general sounding board for the entire project. Both Melissa and her associate (and company owner) Keith Quiggins are phenomenal people, with many years of expertise in design AND construction. They are PRACTICAL, collaborative to the nth degree (no prima donna behavior!), creative in their problem-solving and well-versed in LISTENING to their clients and interpreting their desires. I have had a lot of difficult construction issues including installing a barrier-free shower and reworking a fireplace to meet current guidelines. Melissa came up with a lot of practical solutions and worked effectively with my somewhat prickly foreman to solve these issues. I have worked on other remodeling projects where people have been at odds with each other, so I am incredibly happy that Melissa could relate to and CHARM men who normally look at "designers" with a jaded eye. The entire renovation process has been a complete team effort, with Melissa communicating effectively with all parties, and holding my hand throughout some challenging periods! Whether you are an experienced remodeler with your own ideas (such as me), or someone who really needs design guidance, Rococo and Taupe is a superb firm to work with. I could not have accomplished this remodel without their assistance.
