Zero if able. Her design is good. That’s it. 22 months. She has been paid. Still waiting to get things finished. The electrician doesn’t work for them anymore. Not my problem. It’s under warranty. Find someone. Pam has attempted to fill nail holes in our premium Dura Supreme cabinets. 4 plus times. She still can’t get it right. Our sliding glass door was not closing right. A large breeze through it. She sent me a video showing… it’s a misconception that doors should be air tight. My blinds were blowing 5-6 inches with wind! After much pressure she got someone here to look at and fix it. When our wood flooring went in. Instead of fixing a piece that splintered.. she sanded it down and used a marking stain pen to make it look better. I can’t make it today.. my other client is kind of needy and may take longer than I expected… we have heard many times. Yet, when reminded we have been waiting for MONTHS…she gets here knowing we have lawyers as friends and in the family. She teaches at DMACC. Read above if you want your child to get a good education.

Pam is easy to work with and a fantastic designer!! We had a very large whole home remodel. Pam did an excellent job of knowing what type of design we wanted for our home, even though we didn’t know. She kept every piece of the design for every room organized and kept me focused and on track. I would have lost my mind without her, there were so many moving parts and pieces to our whole home remodel! She took the time to get to know us and design our home to fit us perfectly and become our forever home.

We have had the pleasure of working with Pam Davidson on three occasions. The first was the construction of our house in 2014 in which Pam offered design consulting on all interior aspects of the house. The second was on the conversion of our attached deck into an enclosed porch in 2018. The current project we are working with Pam on is new furniture and layout for our main family area and a change in interior paint colors for the house. Pam is very easy to work with, very thorough in her design planning, takes time to listen to the ideas you have at the outset of a project, and leverages her design skills to bring everything together. We very much appreciate Pam's ideas in many areas we would not have considered. We will continue to work with Pam on all of our projects and highly recommend her.
