It started with my grandfather over 75 years ago with a simple idea, exceed your clients expectations, give them great service, do it at a fair price and you’ll have a client for life. That philosophy is why we have succeeded in business for three generations and why 80% of our business comes from referrals. I’ve always loved this business, I enjoy the challenges and diversity of the job, but over those decades things have changed. We’re not just kitchen designers, we have evolved into a full-fledged design firm that tears down walls, relocates rooms and re-thinks how the whole house is used. We take the square footage available in a home, rearrange it to suit the family needs and in most cases do it without adding onto the home. It’s very satisfying to hear clients say, I now use my whole house. My staff & clients are family to me, we live in your home and that’s why we have our own installation crews and not sub-contractors. Six of my people have been with me over ten years and some as long as twenty, every one of them takes great pride in what they do. I’m told over and over again by clients, it was a pleasure to have our staff in their home and even when problems come about (and they do) things were always resolved and most times for the better.
