I am a Master Barber, recently relocated from Pennsylvania to the Austin area. I contacted HiTouch Design to help design and build a new Barber Shop in Round Rock with unique, old-world features that were authentic and dramatic. I found a space that was perfect but had no plumbing and wasn't really set up for barbering...but Larry with HiTouch rose to the challenge and made it work. I want my customers to have the best possible experience when they come to get a haircut. The appearance of an environment in my shop is critical to that experience. Larry Hines worked with us on two small bathroom remodels. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We replaced flooring, countertops, created a new shower space, new tile, and paint He also has a good sense of design and made wonderful suggestions for our job. We found him to be honest, trustworthy, and his skilled team is very personable and timely.

Larry did a great job on my bathroom remodel especially the design. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and I needed it at a relatively low price because I was on a strict budget. Larry Hines of HiTouch Design remodeled our bathroom, and we are extremely pleased with the results that included new flooring, cabinetry, vanity, toilet, and lighting. He was very professional and worked well with us along the way to make sure we were pleased with his design and recommendations. He is totally honest and we were comfortable giving him and his staff access to our house whether or not we were home. The job seemed fairly expensive for a remodel not including a new shower or tub, but it was done with high quality materials and within the agreed-upon budget. Due to various circumstances, the job took considerably longer than anticipated, but the final product was worth the wait.

He did an outstanding job. The house was built in the early 90's and required extensive interior structural reconfiguration, all new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. The end result is spectacular and increased the value of the home dramatically.

This was my first remodel as a homeowner and my wife and I deliberated for some time on who to select for the job. We own a 1960's MCM home and had a bit of concern regarding cost control. Larry came recommended to us by a friend who works in a design firm. From the first time I spoke to Larry I was confident that I could trust him and he would do exceptional work. I honor my gut instinct and followed it when it came to hiring HiTouch and I don't regret it. Larry has great remodel manners (similar to bedside manners for an MD, but for a GC :) ) He understandsthe impact on you going through a live in remodel and never once did he make me feel that my thoughts or concerns were invalid. He walked me through every part of the process, craftsmanship and construction patiently. In addition, we encountered previous zoning obstacles and Larry worked through all of them with his design tool savvy and business know how. Now, onto the remodel itself - we were remodeling our kitchen, laying new floors and inadvertently impacting our living room quite a bit. This project involved adding about 300 sq ft. to my kitchen/living space. In order to achieve this, Larry and his team took up about 1/2 of our converted garage, built the floor up and reconstructed our interior walls. In addition, they built all customer cabinetry, installed backsplash, appliances, electrical, plumbing, lighting, interior aesthetic stone wall, dry wall, insulation and ceiling. They also closed off my previous garage door and installed new siding. Ultimately, the work resulted in completely new interior engineered hardwood flooring, remodeled kitchen, and living room expansion/remodel. It is beautiful! The craftsmanship of Larry and his team was top notch. When it comes to contractors there is a huge risk at getting someone who won't care as much about your vision as they do at completing the job. Ultimately, Larry and his team wanted to make sure that our vision was executed and they took every step to support that goal. I am grateful that Larry was recommended to me, as I believe his level of integrity and professional ethics would not have been replicated throughout the industry.

I was introduced to HiTouch Design by a friend of mine who used them for her kitchen remodel last year, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them. I was looking for a local remodeling company to help me update my kitchen and 2 bathrooms in my 1980s condo. Larry and his team met with me on a Monday afternoon, and within 2 days had provided me with a detailed rendering of how he envisioned my space, and what he thought would be the best plan of action to get my renovation started.
